The location was very convenient with a nice view of the river from the room. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were super friendly. Nice big umbrellas were supplied by the hotel which was handy as it rained on one of the days I was there. The hotel is less than 200m to old town making it close enough to walk but far enough away so you aren't disturbed by noise. It was my birthday while I was there and the staff got me a birthday cake which was a very nice surprise. They went above and beyond ensuring I had a a great stay

Location Location Location, and the staff. We were originally in another hotel next to a night club so had to a change. River Suites were very accommodating. A good breakfast with enough to choose from to keep you going most of the day. Centrally located but peaceful night sleep was had as away from the main busy road.

Only One night there was Karoke next door but it was finished by 9 pm. So we were not to bothered by it. We would stay here again!!!

the room was large with an amazing view along the river. the staff were helpful. there was a good choice for breakfast. the hotel was in a great position for everything Hoi An had to offer. deep bath with large shower over.

we chose the hotel to relax after a hectic 10 day schedule. we were looking forward to using the sunbeds around the outdoor pool and taking the included shuttle bus to their private beach. also using their restaurant. unfortunately all these facilities belonged to their sister hotel which closed during covid. in the bedrooms there were two bedside cabinets and a dressing table with imitation drawers so the only storage was the wardrobe. the balcony advertised to enjoy the views was a 30cm Juliet balcony rather than a place to sit to admire the scenery.

Location was excellent, on the riverside close to the old city, Japanese Bridge and night time lantern boat rides. Staff very helpful with bookings, transport etc. Cycles free and scooter hire available from reception. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but fresh and the egg chef was really pleasant, nothing was too much trouble.

We enjoyed our stay but our small negatives were that the shower was hard to get the right temperature and there wasn't much surface for toiletries in the bathroom.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location - short walk to the night market and ancient town. For a smaller hotel, the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

Though the room was comfortable, it was a bit small. The bathroom was also small and the shower/bathtub arrangement was awkward. Since the bathtub/shower was not fully enclosed, it was impossible to take a shower without pools of water on the floor. (While inconvenient, I still recommend the hotel.)

The location is right on the River and very near to the night market, if you have a river view rom you will enjoy the best and can get some very nice pics at night, 2 mins walk to the nightmarket.

while i checked out, i put my dirty clothes in the laundry bag provided in the room, the receptionist asked me to return the laundy bag and she gave me a plastic bag, it was a very embarrassing situation for me.

great location, easy walking distance to all the action along the river and strolling through old town. Room was clean and as pictured. The most exceptional part of our stay was the staff! we were able to check in early which we were not expecting. The staff were friendly, provided us with an easy to understand map of old town which was very useful and assisted in organising transfers for us. They even called to check in that we were ok when they hadn’t seen us for a while. Amazing!

- only downside was the water was cold in shower but we didn’t actually let staff know about it to give them an opportunity to rectify as we were only there a couple of nights. - elevator is very slow

Good team. Good breakfast good variety. I liked having a balconey with a view on the river and a bath tub. It is at a walking distance from most places in the ancient city. There are restaurants all around.

Because it is close to the tourist area, it gets super noisy at night, we got night club music and karaoke all night. But not the hotel's fault.

The location of the hotel was near the old town which was a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Very convenient. Staff was friendly.

The one thing that affected me was that the heater didn't seem to be working and I had to bathe in cold water and it didn't helped that it was a cooling night with rain throughout the whole day. The bathtub also had a questionable stain and so I didn't use it at all. Other than that, room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Hotel is located on the river, in a quieter area. Hence access to shops and bars is a little walk away. The room was sizable, but as we were there during the full moon festival, there were no riverfront view rooms available. So the view was just of the hotel next door. Breakfast was satisfactory, with one of the few places you can actually make toast.

The hotel had no bar to speak of. A shame as they have a nice covered area to relax with a view of the river.
