It's a real boutique place with intimate feelings. Perfect! Perfect room high quality pool. High maintenance of the hotel. Wide room with shower and bath. We spend 13 nights of magic. Breakfast was good and full. Perfect for couple for romantic time. 1 min to craftburger 10 min walk easy to center. As u check in the reception gave all the important info u need. The staff was more than excellent Ann and Yim.

We had little bit of construction and the hotel find a compensation for us. Bike was in high price, usually it's free. Laundry and motorbike is way more high price than street. Although all above It's the best place to stay in Hanoi !

Outstanding Hotel. The best one in my trip to Vietnam ( I stayed in 5 hotels in this trip) Staff very helpful and polite. When we arrived, the staff gave all information about the city and the tours. Helped a lot and we closed 2 tours in the hotel. Very good tours mainly the bike tours from Heaven and Earth Bicycle Tours. Room is very spacious, bed super comfortable, bathroom very good. Very clean, great job from the staff. Breakfast excellent, many options to Western people at least 4 fruits, pancake, omelette, juice, cake … Very beautiful place , a lot of flowers, lanterns and a beautiful swimming pool in the middle of the garden Excellent location, near the old center ( 5 min walking)

No issues

We chose this hôtel for it's closeness to the centre...it was easy to walk into the centre several times à day and yet it was also à haven of peace. The pool was lovely after à busy day and the bedroom was comfortable. The staff were so helpful..they helped us book taxis and arranged for me to have my nails done and lent us towels for our trip to the beach.

One very small thing..it would be nice to have yogurts as a choice for breakfast...

The location is absolutely great. Close to many restaurants abd mini mart and walking distance to the river. We ate at a small restaurant not far called Khanh Hoa Bamboo restaurant just about every night .The food was fantastic and cheaper than most other places. Nah who runs the restaurant is extremely lovely and helpful and makes you more than welcome. Hom does all the cooking and is a bang on cook. The staff at TNT villa are very accommodating and friendly. They treated us like family and offered to cook us a complementary dinner on our last night as we stayed 2 weeks but we had already made other plans.They also offered a complementary lift to the airport but we also had made other plans to be picked up. They are all such lovely staff. Breakfast was great and is served in the dining area or you can sit outside near the pool .The pool is spotless and is a nice area to relax. I would stay again if we return to Hoi An .

Staff at reception were extremely welcoming and helpful, lovely clean swimming pool and conveniently located within walking distance to attractions. I would really like to give a higher rating because of the staff and location but the bathroom layout really put us off.

The bathroom layout is quite odd and inconvenient with the shower inside the toilet room (literally the same size as a normal separate toilet space - there wasn’t even enough room to take a photo to share). The sink and bathtub is outside of the toilet/shower room right in the entrance as you step in the room. Not sure how they can fix the bathroom situation given the current layout of the room so feel bad commenting about it, however feel it is only fair to let fellow travellers know. If you are not particular about the bathroom, you will love it here. Breakfast buffet was small and basics like egg station, bread and fruit were great but the couple of hot dishes and sweets could be improved.

The staff who were just so friendly and helpful, the sparking clean pool and clean comfortable rooms. The breakfast was great with variations to the salads and hot food each morning, honestly if you complain about the breakfast here then you must have a special chef at home or you are super fussy. The hotel is in a fantastic location for the Old Town, markets, river and restaurants and it has a great cafe right next door. Yim booked our car transfer drive to Danang where we took the train to Nha Trang which she also arranged, doing this made it so easy for us - she and absolute gem.

Nothing not to like

In November 2023,, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at TNT Villa in Hoi An. The room provided to us was spotless, reflecting the high standards of cleanliness. The pool is an absolute highlight of the accommodation. The service was excellent, with a notable mention to Thi, whose friendliness and flexibility made our stay exceptionally pleasant. TNT Villa is highly recommended as a starting point for any tours in the area. Their service and the quality of accommodation are sure to impress any traveler.

Absolutely nothing!

Everything was very good, the rooms were clean and the staff very kind and helpful, giving us tips on where to go eat, walk around or even shop. The breakfast was okay, they had eggs cooked in 3 ways, sunny side up, omelette and scrambled, fruit, juices, coffee and water, cereal, bread, pancakes and warm food and also salad.

There is one neighbour that out music on extremely loudly very early in the morning before 6 even, that was disturbing. Also, there are some little technical things they should be checking in the bathroom, there was constant dripping from a hose and the bathroom was poorly ventilated, so a bit damp.

Service - When checking the lady helped us with information about the city. Daily water. It was my wife's birthday and they gave her a cake! They were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast - there was a chef to cook fresh food such as an omelette or scrambled eggs or pancake. A nice choice of fruits. They had delicious fried rice. A choice of coffee or tea with or without milk. Pool - the pool was very nice very big and very warm. You were given towels. Room - it was very big and spacious. There was a bathtub in the room which was very unique. The bed was very comfortable. Every room has a balcony facing the pool. Location - very close to the city you can easily walk into the center to get to the main area you may also rent a bike (from the hotel) for a scooter to get places easier.

Nothing - We enjoyed the hotel stay and would happily book here again.

Great location, on the doorstep of the old town but without the noise. Lovely pool with sun loungers and towels, the pool and garden look great lit up at night with lanterns. The staff amazing, very helpful and forthcoming with tips and advice on what to do, where to go and also what to avoid/look out for, to make your stay as enjoyable as can be. The bath was very nice, ended up having my first bath in years, rather than showering (the shower and toilet are in a private en-suite - which some people looking at the description/photos of TNT got confused about).
