A great, brand new resort. We really felt so good during our stay and the service was awesome. I can totally recommend this stay. The rooms are very nice , the pool has a perfect size, you can train your golf putting skills (😁) and taste some food during and get good drinks during the whole day. All in all a perfect stay!

Everything’s great!

Everything was perfect! The Room, the Pool and the people are Amazing. The best Hotel we had in Vietnam until today. High recommodation.

Nothing!

We stayed at Coco Island for 3 nights. From the beginning the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was also really nice, clean and spacious. Our bathroom had a bathtub and a beautiful view of the rice fields. The bed was really comfy and the room has an air condition but also a ceiling fan. The pool is open for use all day and night so that was nice. When arriving the staff provide you with a map of all the attractions in the area and give you advice on which routes to take and how to visit them. In addition to this they provide their guests with free bicycles. They also have scooters that you can rent for around 6 euro per day. The area is great for cycling and the scooters! I do have to point out their amazing manager Jenny. She was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us and make our Vietnamese experience as nice as possible. She also speaks English and gave us the perfect routes to see the Ninh Binh area.

From other reviews there have been multiple remarks about the breakfast. It is indeed a Vietnamese style breakfast. Apparently they have only started receiving western guests recently so they are trying to adjust it by providing some western options in the near future.

The property is very new (3 months since started business) and landscape and swimming pool are very beautiful. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Miss Jenny (the only one who speaks English). It is a family-runned business and the owners are always around to make sure everything is ok. The breakfast is one of the best I had in Hanoi/Ninh Binh. The property also provides free bicycle which is very convenient to move around the town. It location is very near to train station (less than 10 mins) and strategically located in the middle of most attraction spots (Tam Coc, Trang An and Bai Dinh pagoda).

It's a new resort. The rooms are awesome! The pool is nice! Everything is clean and new! The staff is amazing and friendly. You can rent scooters at the resort. Bikes are for free. Location is quite, but near Tam coc centre.

Breakfast was not great. Enough Asian choice and eggs. But I missed toast and grains with yoghurt. I'm not a warm breakfast person, so I had to buy my breakfast in restaurants in the centre of tam coc. Because of lack of choice at the resort.

The pool was very nice and the stuff took very well care of us, no matter what time of the day. We even got offered a very late check out, which made everything much easier.

The bathroom was not suitable for the price (open pipes, no hooks for towels etc) and although offered online, on site we missed tour offers. But the hotel is also relatively newly opened, so that might be work in progress.

Nice swimming pool, new structure, nice and spacious rooms. No other place like this in the surrounding area

The kitchen. We ate some spring rolls that were not good but they were nice and at the check out they didn’t let us pay for them. Also there were people very loud in the pool all the time.

Jenny in reception was excellent.

The breakfast was ok needed to have alittle more to choose from ( jam) . There wasn’t much to choose from a westerner’s point of view . The coffee was cold Staff are all very new i felt they needed a lot of hospitality training but the hotel is excellent has great amenities pool rooms etc would definitely return to this hotel

Such a beautiful place, with well trained kind and lovely staff. Out of an entire country trip, this is the one that stayed on my mind as the place to go back to for sure. Amazing breakfast, ambiance with relaxing music, great swimming pool, drinks, food, easy bike rental service and they arrange quality transport to/from Hanoi.

Great place to go and relax, the staff is amazing and super helpful. Highly recommend.

the TVs are smart but it get frozen when I played YouTube. Also, there is not Netflix, amazon or any other app that we normally use on Europe or America.
