The room was very nice, it has two comfy leather seats too along with stools for catering. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the reception desk too. The parking is beside the hotel but it is big. I will definitely come back again. The Bahrini receptionist was very nice and gave me advices too.

I had an argument with one of the night shift receptionists regards and extra bedding for my kid, he was a bit stubborn but after a couple of minutes he provided it, to be honest nothing else but better to re insist upon arrival.

Nice hotel and peaceful area. Car parking was available at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Ms. Anita who made the check in process fast. Overall it was a pleasant stay. There is a supermarket adjoining the hotel if you need to get any essentials. Good pool, water was cold though.

Nothing much to complain. We stayed in a two room apartment. The main bathroom sink and tub seemed to be getting clogged up but not a major issue. The hotel has a good restaurant, but is a bit expensive. There aren't any other restaurants close by.

We stayed for 10 days with a family of 6 and truly enjoyed our stay. Contrary to other reviews the internet connection was completely sufficient and there was no noise around the pool to wake us in the morning. The 3 bedroom apartment we rented was very spacious, the beds comfortable, the room service extremely polied and effective and the reception was very helpful.

The only two things I can think of are a lack of towels - we generally were given just one towel per person - and the quality of the hotel breakfast which was okay.

We stayed for 5 days and so far they have the Best location, near malls, restaurants, cafes, gasoline station and small stores if you need some emergency food, water etc. room was clean when we checked in, perfect to stay with the family.

we didn’t like breakfast at all. We just ate on our first day morning. It was horrible. since we have some kitchenette we both some groceries for breakfast and cook in our room. Way better. Furniture and appliances like stove needs to upgrade.

water in shower was never hot. when we left the hotel we needed a trash can to throw a “green” bottle and other items (trash). When we asked security for a trash can he said alcohol was not allowed in the hotel. He assumed it was alcohol because the bottle was green - it was a non-alcoholic beverage bottle! I don’t appreciate the judgement at all. show us the trash can 🗑️ cos that’s what we needed and what was asked. other comments can lead you to trouble

The staff are always very help full and polite, the gymnasium is a very good standard, the food is of a good standard also.

For my purpose I cannot say I disliked much and this is the reason I keep returning there when in Bahrain. I think evening promotions would be a great idea, held for the pool area and bar to attract more guests and locals, it is a lovely area with a bar, large screen and would be a great venue if more people attended. Perhaps turn up the lights a little a well as you cannot see 2 feet in front of yourself.

Very nice hotel on a quite and same time communicative place in Bahrain. Nice specious apartment with a beautiful garden view. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel with good service and diverse menu. There is a supermarket in the hotel building. Seef mall is on walking distance. The staff were very kind very polite and assisting. Everything was very nice.

Great location and great value! The apartment itself was simple, but cozy and just what we needed. Loved that it had a washer in the apartment. The location was unmatched! Right in the heart of Old Town.

Check in process was a little more complicated than expected. The Reception is in one area, but apartments are located off location (about a 8ish minute walk for our specific apartment). Then to check out, we had to return to the main Reception to return the keys.

What an amazing place and superb value for money, Staff were amazing so helpful. Room was immaculate the facilities are incredible. Don't look anywhere else book here you won't be disappointed

My only point would be that the pool is very warm but the kids still played and enjoyed themselves

Everything in this hotel is beautiful

More of suggestions: 1- The new modifications in the parking lot made the parking a very dangerous climate as the AC hot units push all the hot air inside. The temperature in the parking was 44 when outside temperature is 38 2- The swimming pool would be very interesting if some activities is added for kids
