First, I want to thank Sister Margarita for her generosity, good manners, and her dealings with us. She was at the reception, and she is really very professional in performing her work to the fullest. Always I book in 5-star hotels, but this is the first time I booked at Hilton. It was a truly unique experience worth every riyal you pay, after which I learned that Hilton is one of the best hotels in the world. My next trip to Istanbul, I really regret that I could not change my reservation because it is not refundable, but next time the first hotel I search for is Hilton, I hope to get a special membership.

The stay was great and the staff is nice especially Kristen, in the coming days I will prefer to book the hotel again.

The hotel is new and I was one of the first visitors on the sixth day of the opening, so some materials were not available, such as a baby bed, and also the gym and spa were not ready yet.

espresso machines with amenties should be prvided inside rooms room lightening was more than needed more garbage bins should be provided especially in larger rooms (there was only one inside the toilet!)

hotel was new and everything was clean

only 4 elevators were operating and with opening all hotel floors it need more elevators to be put in service, my room was in 31 floor

Great hotel, we booked a two bedroom apartment with the family with two young kids. The staff are friendly and thanks to Dina for her welcoming attitude. the views from our apartment were amazing, from all rooms, worth it to have an apartment facing the sea side of the hotel. The bed were very comfy, very quite hotel, high quality soundproof windows and thick curtains for good sleep. The breakfast was really good, many options with good service from the staff.

The hot water wasn't very hot in the bathroom, and it take some time to get warmer. it still got warm enough to take a shower, but a hot bath in not an option. we called the maintenance staff and they responded quickly, but it appears to be a system thing. I would have also appreciated a heated pool, the kids wanted to swim but it was in the mid 20s degree and the water was too cold.

Lovely room, big and bright. Good water pressure and spacious bathroom. Flat screen TV with a good variety of channels and clear picture, Helpful staff. Nice coffee-shop-reception area and the restaurant served great tasting food. Sports bar (in-door and out) were showing many events on screens. Wifi was good and built-in USB charging stations were very convenient - bedside and at the desk. Hilton were doing a special offer so I took advantage of it, so the price was great.

Parking is an issue with the guest parking located on the 4th floor of the multi-Storey, but the parking bays are wide with plenty of space. Exiting the parking to the rear of the hotel is a nightmare as you basically exit onto a construction site and road, with no directions on how to get to the main road. (This will of course be corrected once the construction is finished, but I reckon that will take months). Valet parking is available, but you have to wait at least 10 minutes for your car. I ended up parking on the street, outside the reception area which, for a Hilton, I found inadequate. 3 cars and it's congested.

It's a beautiful hotel, nicely decorated and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. There was a lovely Kenyan waitress who served us with a big smile and made sure we got what we needed

very clean room , everything in new condition , very good quality furniture , very good and tasty food in the restaurant, friendly staff at the reception . fast and good room service , we are very glad that we decided to try this hotel, from now in bahrain we will only rent this hotel

The AC sometimes was switching off. The in room dining menu and taste is good but can be improved.

The decor, the location, the staff were so helpful and friendly (Mary Jane) made the check in within 3 minutes. the room size was perfect and the bed was so comfortable.

The shower takes 3-4 minutes to switch the water temperature, otherwise everything else was perfect.
