I appreciated the friendly front desk and especially the manager who made us feel right at home and was truly interested in our daily excursions.

There was the odd time the hotel was full and kids were running around the halls late at night... I imagine this happens when sports teams travel and the hotel staff have no idea its going on. On the good side the hotel front desk apologized and monitored the situation.

Bed was comfortable, room was big and airy, big tv with lots to do on it, great location, great staff. Loved the pool and hot tub, didn't get to use the sauna. Will definitely stay again.

The noise from kids in the hallway until after midnight. And hearing the person staying above me banging around when they walked around early in morning and late at night. But that's nothing to do with the hotel, that's down to inconsiderate parents and people.

it’s location was ideal to me. close to Peace Arch border. close to other amenities too. it was clean and was going through refurbishment so instead of curtain a dark paper was covering the window. I liked their simple but organized and well supplied breakfast. it was generally good and we were happy with breakfast options though limited.

I don’t know why but I found so many small hairs, they looked like cat’s hair and May be human hair but on and off I found those hair just here and there. I am not into pets at all. even the look of those hair here and there in bathroom and on furniture made me feel bad and I have put everything into washing upon return. they need to just label if they have any nut free options in what they have provided in breakfast.

Used the Hotel as "Home Base" during my vacation to the Lower Mainland. Everything was approx 45min-1hr away even during heavy traffic which was good for me. The included breakfast was great with lots of options with GF and Vegetarian available upon request (neither apply to me).

Depending on what time of the morning or at night you'd have very low water pressure. A couple of times I thought my water had completely shut off. Just be mindful that between 0730-0830 water pressure may be iffy.

ITWAS ADEQUATE. WOULD HAVE LIKED INSTANT PORRIGE AVAILABLE IN PACKETS AND BRAN MUFFINS. ALSO SCRAMBLE EGGS. ENJOYED HAVING SKIM MILK AVAILABLE. BED MATTRESS AND PILLOWS WERE EXCELLENT.

Good breakfast. Quiet. Good location for crossing the border the next day.

A few areas looked a little run down, I think they are doing some small renovations. No real cream for coffee.

Breakfast looked great although I did not try it this time. Nice fitness center which I was in briefly.

The fridge cooling was not easy to balance but they will tweek it (some melting, some freezing even with adjusting)

The staff was so nice, the lady when we checked in she was so sweet , next day i was having problem with my keys, the front desk guy he helped me very well. at last, when we checked out, that gentlemen was incredible. we enjoyed our stay and would like to stay there again.😊😊

Happy to find protein at breakfast (sausage and eggs) since we try to avoid carbohydrates. Staff was wonderful! Closest hotel to Rosemary Heights Senior Village (30 min walk) where a family member resides.

Facility was very dated. Time to get rid of the carpeting!
