After several room changes I was upgraded and really enjoyed the room. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean, nice big bathroom with rain shower and ample hot water. There was even a proper little fridge in the room and not just a mini-bar fridge. Daily room cleaning was always done and appreciated. When booking it is already known there is nothing right next to the hotel. There are little mini-markets. I did however walk to both Velo city and Ikea which can be a little tricky because of the roads and sometimes the oppressive heat but it is doable. Took me only 10 to 15 minutes. If you make it to Ikea, it is a very short semi-covered walk to Velocity. Tonnes of shopping and restaurants in both places, also accessible from Chan sow lin metro. One day I walked all the way to KL Sentral. From the Chan sow lin metro there is a walkway that takes you into the Fraser Park Mall (which sits abandoned) and to the Days Inn. Can be tricky if you have suitcases as no elevator and the escalators to the ground floor are not operational. Zoe at reception stood out to me. Kudos to her and the rest of the staff that were very helpful.

When I first checked in, I was given a room where I could not see the thermostat display and the bathroom window did not close all the way. I then moved to a second room but the small double rooms all looked a little dated a not four star at all. Then the A/C was not working on the whole floor and I had to move again. At this point I was not happy. They upgraded me to a floor where the A/C worked and the room could be rated 4 star at least. I had other days booked and they thankfully kept me in the same room. TV was very poor for a 4 star hotel with only AXN as an english channel. Did not have a smart TV

The staff were.lovely and the room was great. Spacious, clean and a lovely shower. I also loved the food from the Indian restaurant next door. It was really tasty and cheap. Very close to the met station. It was also very well priced You pay a little more for using a credit card

I was on the 15th floor! A nightclub nearby had loud music with a heavy beat late at night but it was not really a problem for me. The escalators on the walk to the mrt did not work and I struggled with my bags but this is not part of the hotel.

Quiet and professional hotel, good for a quick couple of nights stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Lobby was cozy with lots of couches/arm chairs to chill. Chinese food opposite the hotel, Indian stall beside and some other stalls around the area. Mini marts are also nearby in case you need something. Not a very exciting area but convenient enough. Overall, great stay and will visit again.

Car park belongs to the complex and is chargeable. The hotel allocated lots are at the basement 2, which is fine but it is quite dark, and really stinks as it is a rubbish collection point as well with big bins with overflowing bags of rubbish.

Strategic place in kl city centre. Worth for money Nice environment. Friendly staff especially Omar Farok very helpful and nice guy.

Great value for money for a convenient and comfortable stay fairly close to the city centre. Ample private parking underneath the hotel for a small fee, and the hotel is right next to a metro stop for easy access to the city centre. The mall underneath the hotel seems mostly unoccupied for some reason, but there are some great little cafes and restaurants that are perfect for getting a cheap and tasty breakfast, e.g. south Indian dosa and roti. The room itself was very comfortable, much better than I'd expected. And the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. For example, when we asked which way the metro stop was, the receptionist not only told us but also got the security guard to take us part of the way and show us to make sure we found it. I'd recommend this place.

The place seems popular with huge groups of unruly tourists, so the public areas of the hotel were pretty much unusable. At check-in, I couldn't even hear what the receptionist was saying because of all the people shouting at each other. Not the hotel's fault, but it's something to be aware of.

The breakfast was really scrumptious. Location is perfect as well since it is 5-7 minutes away from Chan Sow Lin station. There are many shops (Sports, Grocery), restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores (7-Eleven & Family Mart), hawker and food stalls as well. Nightclub there too but irrelevant to the stay. The price was reasonable (could've been cheaper but understandable since it was Christmas). The rooms were spotless and the facilities were well provided. Beds were comfortable, neat & presentable, and the view outside the hotel was mesmerizing. There was an extra fridge and safe so storing belongings or cold foods like snacks/soft drinks are convenient too. The lights in the room were really well illuminated and the air-conditioner was working fine as well. The lounge was spacious so kids can run around and have fun there. Breakfast café staff and receptionists were really amicable and helpful. When my sibling woke up late, staff allowed me extra time to grab some breakfast for the two of us. Chef was really nice as well when I wanted my eggs more cooked. Bathrooms were spotless too, and tools were provided well for bathing and washing. WIFI Connection was extremely well run too. Iron boards are ready for those who need ironing of clothes. Best of all, no smoky odor. Outdoors were clean too.

Bathroom doors could have a lock on it to respect privacy of others. TVs could be better because it took me some time to switch channels or connect to the Internet. But I hope those trivial matters can be fixed. (Not a bad review: Just a friendly suggestion): If an indoor spa/ pool could be built for relaxation, that'd be good too. But it's okay if it can't be done. It's just my suggestion after all.

The room is very spacious. Very comfortable bed. The front counter staff was very quick in handling check-in process.

My check out time is at 12 pm, but the housekeeping staff already ring the room bell at 11.45 and said “check out maam” to me and wait in front of the door with his trolley? Well this is very rude for me as the housekeeping staff seems to chase me out from my room before the time. I have never encounter this kind of problem anywhere before so this thing is unacceptable.

Staff is very friendly and supportive. I really appreciate hotel staff professional behavior. Warm welcome received 😊. The hotel is a few meters from the LRT station. It is very easy to travel to anywhere in the city or to the airport. Nearby restaurants and shops are available.

The room is quite small than a standard room. Some kind of bad smell is there, but once AC turns on, it will be okay. Not soundproof. Room service guy came almost close to 19.00 and that was very strange to me. Overall, it was a good stay and considerably worth the money.

Breakfast was simple a need for more choice international items to serve all tastes ,also for long stay visitors a change in the daily menu may be acceptable where available juices need to be fresh from a tropical country rather than diluted where extra water been added and makes this tasteless atimes even a small increase in price to accommodate these changes would be preferred in keeping higher standards further more a dinner a la carte menu will be welcomed too even starting Friday Saturday nights as the choices ( may be live music to attract the guest dine in )outside is very ordinary a simple coffee shop instead of a coffee and juice mechanism is preferred which would bring the standards to the nest level , also notice noodle soup pack in the front desk area looks rather downgrading and can bring down the entrance view of this hotel presentation these are just my thoughts for future improvements having run and been in the industry for along time Was a comfortable stay and staff very friendly and respectful at all times 😊

House keeping needs to check room requirement daily eq tea coffee supply tooth brushes and water ( 2 bottles for 2 people may be insufficient in such a hot humid country bathroom cleaning needed some attention to detail ( corners window sills drop curtains shower corners etc ) a light above safe and mini fridge would be an handy idea which would also light up dress up mirror just my thoughts to up your standards moving forward bed found to be comfortable linen clean and optional change saving water ideas good room blockout curtains need a upgrade as sunlight from corners awake a tired guests
