Best Western Van Buren Inn

The location is great—easy access to I-40. I liked being able to park right by our door. It was quiet—even though we were near the main public area. The clerk, Linda, was so friendly and wanted to make sure everything was okay with the room.

Breakfast was early—6:30 - 8:30, but there was a good variety. The building probably wasn’t originally a Best Western but I liked the layout.

Outdoor pool was great. Nice chairs and tables. I enjoyed the hot breakfast when many motels have eliminated that service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location offered a number of restaurants and Walmart was close by

T.V. did not provide very many channel options. The pool gates were locked and every time that I wanted to use the pool I had to ask the front desk to unlock the gate.

The beds were really comfy. The lady that checked us in was wonderful also. Having drinks and snacks in the lobby was really convenient.

The bathroom was really small for big people. It was hard to get dressed in there.

We liked the outdoor pool for laps. 32'-36' long. Good hours 7am-8pm. WIFI is important to us, and here it was good. We felt our car was secure. In terms of location, we wanted to swim in the Arkansas River, and this hotel was only 10 minutes away from Lee Creek Park, to do our swim.

This hotel stay was fine, not much to complain about really.

The day receptionist, Brenda, went out of her way to take care of my elderly parents. She is an excellent employee and should be complemented for her friendliness, attitude, and going the extra mile.

Close to a lot of food places and short drive.

the pool was not open. 😂 wish we could swim. but I think it’s because of the season.

The staff was very nice and helpful. There was a place to take the dog out. there are a lot of places to eat in walking distance.

Very disappointed with no breakfast and the pool being closed because of all the Covid 19 things going on.

linda checked me in and was absolutely wonderful. sweetest check in person i’ve met. bathroom heater in my room was a nice touch

Check in was great and the lady was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Air conditioner and refrigerator were noisy. Decor was a bit outdated.

Room was spacious beds comfortable and the staff were great !
