spent over 80 dollars to book online and the man at the desk wouldn’t let me in my hotel, so i had to sleep in my car the mat night they never refunded me all because i accidentally booked under the wrong name :( had my ID and everything

Very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly. Quite area. Problem we had was our reservation for a king bed was not sent by Booking.com, receptionist said. They were booked so we were going to get to double bed room. I was going to leave but they "cancelled" a reservation and gave us that king bed room it was 11:45 pm, when we arrived. At 5 am I walked by several empty rooms a few with king beds. They were not booked at all. Not sure why my reservation was "not sent" when I called ahead of time to let them know we would be late. They also gave me their card with the direct number in case I wanted to stay there again, just in case Booking.com doesn't send my reservation over again. I know my reservation was sent I called at 4 pm to let them know we were running late and would be there after 10 pm. Receptionist said it would be fine. Not sure why my reservation was "Not sent".

Reservation not sent by Booking.com when I have not ever had a problem with them.

I honestly hate staying at hotels I feel like they aren’t cleaned well enough but this place blew my mind it was so clean I could see the clocks reflection in the desk when I walked into the lobby it smelled like pine sol from there I knew it was going to be a good stay even the shower walls were cleaned well along with floor boards just places you think people won’t notice were cleaned I absolutely loved it there I also loved how they did not allow people to just be hanging outside disturbing other guess it was so quiet there and he constantly watched the cameras monitoring the property I highly recommend

Convenient to everything nearby

$60 cash deposit that was not specified when booking on top of the rate for the room. no atm on site so I had to leave and come back. when checking out they could not find my deposit at first to give back to me.

The outside of the building was very clean and we'll maintained. All staff that we encountered were incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. My boys (5 & 2) enjoyed snuggling down into the fluffy covers and watching Christmas movies on the large TV. They also had plenty of room to play and act silly. I will definitely be adding this location to my Booking favorites.

Good variety at breakfast. Fresh food. All staff from front desk to housekeepers were very friendly and on hand with additional requests from me like a extra towels etc. Room had tv, fridge, microwave, coffee maker complete with teas and coffees. Pool area also clean.

Sometimes WiFi would disconnect. But this could be my device.

The room was neat, clean, and spacious. Everything was in great condition and looked new. The staff was very nice as well. This hotel is reasonably priced, and it is indeed "quality." I recommend it.

The water pressure in the shower was low, but that seems typical of hotels these days.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Parking lot was well lit. This was my second stay here.
