Staff was great. Jasmin at the front desk was wonderful. Breakfast was one of the best ones I've seen in a long time. The pool was perfect. The location was perfect, plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby. Also felt very safe.

The beds could have been bigger. I didn't notice when I booked if they said double or queen but they seemed like a double bed. We did have enough room but a little more wiggle room couldn't hurt.

Toilet moved up and down every time you sat on it and made a loud noise, 2 big dried, old urine stains on both sides of the floor around it, obviously it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The bathroom door stuck if you closed it and you had to kick it with your foot to get out.

everything about the stay was a-one. would stay again, room was clean, hotel was clean, very convenient to where we were going(THE PNC PAVILION)

the customer service at front desk was horrible but coulda been better. checking in with desk wasnt bad but checking out the desk clerk was leaned all on the counter and wasnt very talkative, no thanks for staying or anything .

Guest services was very friendly & helpful. They had a lounge for guest with T.V.'s and a variety soft baked cookies at the front desk. The breakfast attendant was visible and replenished items frequently. The property was very close to neighboring hotels, the mall, resturants & attractions.

Thr rooms were small and dated.

Room was in very good shape and clean.

The staff at check were not the friendliest and would not check to see if my room was ready until 3:00. I asked to check in 30 min early to make a 3:00 meeting. Funny how the room was not clean at 2:45 but all of a sudden it was clean at 3:00 and no cleaning staff was on our hallway on our floor. When I went to check out could not find anyone working the front desk. Asked a employee how I could find someone working the front desk their response was “I don’t know and turned around”.

Breakfast was good, loved the 12pm checkout. Room was humid and we couldn't read the numbers on the AC unit so I woke up shivering the first night.

Common areas, hallways & elevator were not very clean. I did not like that other entrances to the hotel were unlocked until late at night and then had key card access. The hotel was okay, but it you could tell it was older.

Really enjoyed that the hotel still has continental breakfast seems to be a dying thing and it was an amazing one too!

The maid missed dirty wash clothes in the shower from the last person, so made me question if any other corners were cut on my hotel room. Hoping I slept in clean sheets.....

The front desk clerk was friendly, helpful, sweet and thoughtful. She was able to give me directions to everywhere I needed to go/shop, etc. The beds were EXTRA comfortable. The room was very clean and had all the amenities I was looking for.

Due to the renovations on the first floor, the afternoon was pretty noisy from the machinery, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. I'm sure the improvements will be well worth it.

Best-In-Charlotte NC for this price range $80-$100 per-night-room, do not go less than $80 per-night-room anywhere in city or surrounding cities, except DaysInnWyndam or MicroTelMatthews. Nearly as good as Holiday Inn across the street, but 25% cheaper here..? Excellent towels, Excellent walk-in shower, other amenities also good. Breakfast not necessary, lots of Restaurant and Grocery around Concord Mills. Very clean !

Wish I had stayed here earlier.

The bed was comfortable and not too high. It was in a great location. Convenient to restaurants and the concord mills mall. There was a great breakfast.

Would have been nice since it was a handicap accessible room if there would have been a roll in shower instead of a tub.
