Loved the king size bed and pillows...extremely comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was delicious with fluffy scrambled eggs and sausage patties and much more.

Have been at this hotel 3 times before...rooms have a lot of wasted space. Could have a small table and bureau for clothes. Bathroom is way too small...rooms could have been smaller with a bigger bathroom. Can't imagine anything could be done about it now, though. Maybe put a folding door on the bathroom. That would allow more space. Also a shelf under the sink would be great.

This was our second stay at this hotel, which is located near some friends on the lake. As before we were very happy with our stay -- we had everything we needed and although we sometimes could not eat the hotel breakfast (I'm gluten intolerant, husband is lactose intolerant), the IHOP is right there. We were pleased with everything and will certainly stay there again.

The room was clean and big. The lobby, corridor and room smells good. The staff was nice and ready to help us with any issue. The bed and the pillows was comfortable.

The beds in the "queen bed room" was definitely not a queen size, but a full size. The breakfast didn't have any hot food, as eggs, bacon, waffles, pancakes. And there wasn't any fast food restaurants around the hotel. Just IHOP restaurant that closes at 10pm.

Good location to family and friends staying at a nearby b&b that was full for the night.

The description of the pet friendly room said it had a washer and dryer. That was a convenient amenity I was looking forward to using - but there was no washer in the room or an explanation about whether we had access to one. No big deal - just a disappointment.

Liked the pet friendliness, good sized room for 2 adults +pet. Location worked for where I needed to be. Quiet, friendly clean location.

I had to pay extra for a "pet room" yet had no housekeeping for 3 says unless I asked. I understand this is a movement across the industry, and I don't need my bed remade everyday but I'd like clean towels and the bathroom refreshed daily, and don't think I should have to ask.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was very easy to find and get to from the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful. Was able to get a room at the last minute so we were grateful it was available.

The price for one night was very high. Shampoo/conditioner was only enough for one person.

I am a large person and the bathroom was very small. I had to get beside the toilet to get the door shut and there was hardly any room in the shower for me. I thought it was a bit overpriced for the amenities. It would have been nice if there was a lounge and restaurant on the property. There is an IHOP within walking distance.

My in-laws loved their room’s conveniences and easy shower. We were happy to have a clean and comfortable room.

Pet friendly, very good breakfast. While set off by itself, the hotel is near an iHOP and a gas station, and is conveniently close to the interstate. It was clean and quite, providing a good night's sleep for the first part of a long trip. The staff were attentive to our needs and located us in an ideal room.

It was good location on highway to reach to scenic route of foliage with 20 - 30 min drive and to stourbridge railway line. Free breakfast.
