I enjoyed the location and the facility. It's nice that it was all couples and no children or animals. It's nice that it was all inclusive and we didn't have to worry about purchasing anything for activities or food.

The only negative thing that comes to mind was the quality and condition of the mattress. It was so caved in in the center that you felt like you were sleeping in a cereal bowl. One of the things that everybody wants to experience when you're staying at a hotel is you want to feel like the room is fresh clean and that you are the only person that has ever been in that room. When the mattress is that deteriorated it only let your mind believe that there has been a lot of people that have been on that mattress before you.

This is the 3rd time we stayed at Cove Haven for our anniversary, and it was great! The food is always delicious, and the activities are fun—a great place to reconnect with your partner. Entertainment every day/night.

Our favorite CXO - Billy O, was not there this time. He is the BEST CXO and always has fun activities for couples. It was disappointing that he was not there over the 5 days we were there. Also, Spooner's closed super early every night, at 9 PM. It was difficult to enjoy all the activities, with breakfast ending at 11 AM and the activities not starting until 12 PM. Also, at night, after dinner ended around 8 PM or later, there was extremely limited time to have fun and enjoy the games and activities, with everything closing at 9 PM. Spooners should be open until midnight at least.

Cove Haven Resort was absolutely beautiful. At first, I thought it was a little cheesy. But, once I saw the room we were staying in, my girlfriend and I fell in love with it. We went to the “Spooner’s” bar & grill on the property, and it was in a very convenient location. An absolutely stunning place. Great food, great drinks, an amazing bartender, and an amazing arcade! Free mini golf, and Ping Pong inside. I do wish they were open later than 10pm, and same goes for the night club, since it’s you know, a night club. But regardless it was amazing. There’s a beautiful gift shop, with all kinds of goodies, and deer feed, to feed the deer which are all over the property! We opted for the complimentary breakfast, and it was delicious, and the dining hall was absolutely stunning.

I really wish the night club & bar were open past 10pm. I also wasn’t a fan of the $75 hold on the card, but yet was also charged additionally when I charged things to my room. It should have just came out of the hold. Other than that, I can’t complain about anything.

From the moment I arrived service was excellent. The front desk was amazing, they answered all of my questions and gave suggestions of their own. the food and drinks were great and delicious. the nightlife was filled with entertainment. we attended the comedy show which was fun and they even had a DJ playing all the hits. The room was as pictured, best was comfortable and the area was quite. I will be staying again and this time it will be for a longer stay. Everything was great, more then I expected.

Too many wild deer's on the property. knowing that these animals are unpredictable, it was a bit scary to walk around and site see.

The staff. Every single one of them was on point. The room we upgraded to with the private sauna and pool was a million times better than what we expected compared to the basic room. It was updated and spotless. The game room was so much fun and my wife was so excited to shoot a bow and arrow.

Sadly the outdoor paddletball court was in bad shape my wife and I were looking forward to playing. We brought all of our gear but it was unsafe. Outside pool was undesirable. Full of leaves and dirt. We didn't go in.

I liked that there was many different activities to do on the property along with being able to feed the deer. I liked that you did not have to pay to play the games on the sports bar.

Somethings were out dated or needed to be fixed up in the room. Like the carpet around the pool needed to be replaced. The stones around the pool could be replaced. Also the hills having to walk back up from breakfast, I know we could have used the shuttle which is awesome but I wish we could just drive our selves.

I like the activities the boat ride and the bike rides more people more things to go dinner was good staff was nice loved the little schedule they give you for things to do throughout the day

I hate that they so many spiderwebs by the hotel doors and under the walkway need to be taken care of and the nature trail need some work and the miniature gold at the lookout lounge needs to be redone and the maid didn't bring any towel until the last day when we left the thing on the door to make our room

Gorgeous property, lots of potential with multiple buildings. Upkeep of interior was decent. Staff and food was amazing!

Wish the utilization of the buildings were more, maybe karaoke or dj with music in the lounge by the indoor pool. Tiki bar was closed all week. Maybe more focus on upbeat activities geared toward younger couples with a few hours later than 10pm. Only stayed during the week and the activities were very low key.

The scenery was beautiful. The food was delicious(especially dessert). The music and comedy was fantastic and my fiancé loved being able to feed the deers that were roaming around.

The only thing I didn’t really like was the lack of services when it comes to taxis and/or Ubers when in the resort. It was hard to leave after checking out for us but this is in no way cove havens fault.

I really enjoyed the nightly entertainment. I also enjoyed how there are games, activities for the couples to enjoy. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty. Evenings were very romantic by the in room fireplace. Gift shop had everything you needed, from essentials to things to spice up the trip.

The water in my shower was initially cold. The maintenance staff rectified the situation. I wish the rooms had a microwave.
