Hotel shuttle to and from Miami International Airport was very convenient. We had friendly drivers in both directions, and we want to give particular praise to a driver named Yosbel, who was incredibly friendly and hard-working. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was served efficiently in main lounge area - food choices were many and very nice.

Elevators were a bit slow, but otherwise all was well.

It was convenient to the airport and very reasonably priced. We loved that it had a restaurant which made things very convenient. The full breakfast is also an outstanding deal. All in all, a terrific value.

It needs a bit of a facelift and some of the rooms can be noisy because it’s in a very industrial neighborhood. Ask for a room with a pool view if you want one with something pretty to see out your window.

Hotel and staff were exceptional, met my expectations. Breakfast was incredible, so many options. Hotel amenities were satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay.

Restaurant had limited offerings available from the menu. We could not eat there as the menu items we wanted were not available

The room was spacious and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The staff was polite and respectful for the most part. We enjoyed the breakfast and the happy hour. The restaurant had good food with large portions.

It was hard to get through on the phones. Our plane arrived late at night and we were trying to find out about the shuttle bus provided. After many attempts we got through and the shuttle came.

the hotel is very comfortable. the rooms are wonderful. but they need to work more with the staff. Friday 8/18/23 was a disaster, the hotel was overbooked and we almost ended up without the room that had already been paid for a month before.

El staff... They have to hire more staff for the hotel and more when it is sold out. It's not fair that they're short-staffed.

Breakfast happy hour and pool area

Hotel were short staffed and seemed slightly bothered. I was also not satisfied with the fact the hotel ran out of towels/ washcloths and pool towels for a long period of time with no timeframe for getting more. Last I also requested a roll away bed and never recieved it nor any communication explaining why.

I like everything about it. The staff member who checked us in was very kind, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure she was able to help us in many ways.

More breakfast options and some of the elevators weren't working so it was a long wait.

The location was perfect, close to the airport, and rental car facilities. The staff was extremely friendly.

I did an early check-in and was put into a handicap room. The bathtub was not clean, there was mold behind the handbars, and the layout was confusing.

I found the staff very pleasant and friendly. They were very willing to help. It does help if you speak Spanish as the maids seem to be hispanic.

It’s very pricy in the bar and whilst I appreciate that there are running costs the price for a beer is double that you pay in central London.
