excellent service at the hotel... prompt, polite and friendly rooms were very well maintained and quiet premises very well maintained and spotless excellent facilities (gym, pool, beach area)

Shower and bathtub - it took a long time (5-7 minutes) for the water to heat up and become hot Water drainage in bathtub and shower could be improved. Lots of standing water while showering and it took a long time for the water to drain after showering and using the bathtub Beyond the hotel's control but the new two towers being built next to the hotel took away some of the mid afternoon sun from the pool and the beach area.

This property is beautiful. All the staff were so polite and helpful. The resort is extremely clean and the beds were amazing! The beach was very clean and the resort staff always checked to see if you needed food or drinks while lounging on the beach.

There wasn’t anything I disliked. However, My recommendations are bring lots of tip money. The staff works hard to keep you happy. There is no parking so valet always retrieves your vehicle. There are plenty of eating spots within walking distance to avoid having to drive. They withheld $530 for incidentals for our 4 day stay. Be prepared for that. If you use loungers, umbrellas or purchase food or drink on the beach, it is taken from the incidentals. They provide towels for the beach and pool. No need to bring your own. I’d highly advise staying in a lower level so the stairs can be utilized because the elevator is not ideal during “rush hours”. If you don’t get ocean view, the city view is absolutely gorgeous at night.

Great beach Front Location. The rooms are extremely large with washing dryer machine and a small kitchenette. we tried both restaurants which both serving amazing Italian and Japanese food . the best part of this property is that the prices are reasonable with great value for money and absolutely lovely and friendly staff members

We loved the room and the balcony with the awesome view of the Ocean! The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff were available for anything we needed if we needed it and were respectful of our privacy. The food was outstanding!

The only thing we didn't like, which was very minor, is there weren't selections of different coffees and teas for the Keurig in the room.

Location is Amazing...The Hotel is right on the beach with private beach. Every room has a big balcony. If you are able to pay for a room with ocean view and if they have available any...don't hesitate to get one.. It worth every single penny! The view it's amazing...You can watch the ocean and the sunrise straight from the bed

The room is big enough and cosy. The bed is comfy. View it's amazing... The property and the rooms are not as fancy as a hotel in Vegas...The bathroom is not as big as you imagine...

the property is a family friendly property, has many pools and the beach access was directly from the hotel. the balcony has a great view for the city.

the rooms need to be updated as it has old furniture and some cabinets were broken and need to be fixed. For accessible people, the elevator was broken which make it hard for them to reach the beach.

the first room we were given rm 1206 was poor and dangerous. My wife cut her foot and drew blood on a shard of glass that was near to the bed on an un vacuumed carpet. The were chunks of chocolate on the floor by the bed. the fridge was leaking. the bedside lights did not work. there was a blood stain on the skirting by the balcony doors. It took them over an hour and me to eventually go back down to the lobby, for them to sort out another room.
