Extended Stay America Suites - Fairfield - Napa Valley

Rooms where nice and spacious most of the staff was great but had the few grumpy ones that was miserable about being there

We stayed an additional night and went to the desk to book another night was told to contact booking.com so I did and spoke in person after holding 20 minutes and she confirmed and sent me confirmation that it was booked so the next day I got a call from the hotel saying it's last check out and they don't see that I had paid I showed her the confirmation emails and on the app. Then I was unable to get ahold of anyone from booking.com since then very dissatisfied with both the hotel and booking.com on how they handle things I sent emails and messages to booking.com and still no word

The room was comfortable and quiet.

The floor behind and under the fridge was dirty and had old food. The bottom of the freezer was melted due to someone placing something really hot inside. Also found someone else's hair in bathroom. But overall, the room was clean and satisfactory.

Very quiet location. Loved the kitchen and also was able to get basic pots and pans. No knives supplied but understandable. Sharon is lovely.

Room/facility older but clean. Occasionally the stove seems to be very very slow at heating up but most of the time it worked fine.

Your front desk staff was excellent. Sorry I didn't get her name, she is always friendly very professional and always efficient. I continue to use this hotel because of the lady on duty when I checked in. As long as she is there I will continue to book there!

there wasn't anything I could say? It was all satisfactory for the price you pay. Everything was fine. What I don't like is writing all this stuff, It is super annoying, How much more do i have to say

on the website they offer breakfast, went out to the lobby just found coffee. wish he would’ve had some juice or a bagel

very nice clean room, staff great and price reasonable. Drove my own vehicle and had a nice place to park.

Safe quiet location, close to freeway on ramp and restaurants. Friendly, professional staff.

Staff named Angela was very accommodating. She knew very well what i needed. She was so nice and professional!

Everything was excellent

For the price it was great. The beds were super comfortable. The A/C worked amazingly in the room. The room I had was a studio and it was super convenient for me, had a stove a fridge & microwave and a desk were I could sit and fill out paperwork. I will definitely stay here again for sure.
