Great location, Clean room with good facilities and plenty of parking

we arrived late at night and parked outside our room along with the other residents only to find the next morning Tickets on ALL the cars from San Jose Council $409 fine for parking in a disabled spot !!. I obviously paid as in the light of day you could see the signs and also unlike the UK the US paint the Curb blue but suggest the Hotel please Warn their guests as this caught out Americans also ! That was our only complaint

The room was clean. The Bathroom was clean. It smelled good as we walked in. I wasn't sure about staying here, until I read the Reviews prior to coming. Staff was nice. Thank you. We will stay here again.

I Was hoping to get the room when we arrived. We waited one hour, for it. I knew the check in was at 3 p.m., but just wanted to rest from the long drive. All and all, it was all good.

I think her name was Deb? It started with a “D” but she was the nicest and most accommodating when I first checked in. She was respectful and polite.I was on the second floor, close to the parking lot, and I slept great. It was cozy. Happy stay.

Bummed that coffee is no longer in the rooms but at least they have it in the office in the morning.

I like easy check in and staff are very helpful and kind.

I wish the washroom worked but overall was very nice stay. Had no trouble here at all

Employees were welcoming. Made you feel welcome. Any questions were quickly answered. Room was clean

The lady at the reception was really nice and friendly.

No bottles water available in the fridge ( or to available for purchase).

The swimming pool is clean and fun

That every morning staff cleans up the pools and there's a laundromat and dryer with ice cubes

I knew the area the property was in, it was in a convenient area. And it wasn't hard to find!

As always a clean and comfortable stay. Great location friendly staff. Restaurants close and stores too.

Walls were pretty thin and could hear the consistent hum from the freeway.
