Good stay at Comfort Inn

The room was nice and clean The pool was clean but a bit cold The hot tub was really nice and we went in shortly after they opened it in the morning and the service man helped us with the jets

The pool was so busy the entire night that I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Not the hotels fault but I didn’t want to deal with children and loud music from the guests in there. I opted to wake up early and go when the pool first opened and I was able to swim for about an hour before two women came with about 6 kids that were jumping into the water and trying to invade my person space in the hot tub. I wish hotels still offered reserving the pool area so that I could’ve gone in when there was nobody or just a few people

The bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft and inviting. The breakfast provided was beyond my expectations, and having gym equipment and and indoor pool were really nice perks. We didn’t use the weekend shuttle to Foxwoods, but that’s also a nice service this hotel offers. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our two night stay.

The staff was exceptional! The ladies at the front desk and breakfast area were so pleasant and accommodating. Such a wonderful surprise compared to the typical hotel staff you come across that have no personality. The entire facility was very clean and well kept. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Better ventilation in the indoor pool area. Chlorine is strong!

We stayed here for my sister's wedding in Putnam, and it was amazing. Staff was fast and courteous, the room was spotless and clean. The pool and hot tub were large and well maintained. Breakfast was top tier!!!

The cost, but that is the price of living in 2023, most of us can't afford to be alive. Other then that, amazing stay!!!!

Breakfast was delicious, utensils strategically placed Pool was clean with late night hours, warm jacuzzi Microwave & frig in room, rare these days!!

Reserved through booking.com and zip code was correct but town was listed as Preston-difficult and out of the way to find hotel; correct town is Griswold. This needs to be amended.

This hotel was very nice and clean. Also, it had a good breakfast selection. The staff was pleasant. The pool was warm and a good size. The hot tub was very big. This was a little bit of a drive to Foxwoods, but I would definitely stay again.

The location, amenities and the complimentary shuttle to the casino.

The shuttle was significantly more outdated than the other hotels, dirty inside and lack of air conditioning made it a very hot ride and my parents felt unwell after. After sitting a few minutes in the air conditioning at the casino made them feel much better.

Manager Laurie was amazing and so nice to chat with. Clean and well-appointed large rooms. Very nice, efficient and affordable. Close to casinos and many of the area attractions. Great choices for breakfast. Warm pool. Quiet and right off the highway! We will definitely be back when we visit the area again.

There wasn't anything we did not like!

The accommodations were good. We enjoyed using the hot tub and breakfast was sufficient. We loved the fact that we had a shuttle to Foxwoods and the hours offered to us were great. Once you get off the highway it is right there at end exit, such a nice surprise to know we had reach our destination.

The room was not ready until 3:20 which is still understandable due to the shortage of workers in just about every type of business.
