What can I say about this place! I absolutely loved the rooms (my aunt stayed in a separate room with 1 bed) they were very updated and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The hotel itself was in a perfect location, "ALMOST" directly across from Mystic Village. And the positive vibes I got just from checking in were wonderful and the front staff was great!! I like this hotel (the pricing cannot even compare to the $300-400.00 hotel prices in the area. In fact I loved it so much, I just booked again to spend thanksgiving with my family !!!

i wasn't made aware of the $25.00 holding fee that put on your card. I didn't matter but then you have to wait 2-3 business days to get it back. Everything else was perfect

Sparks is just the Hilton with an appearance upgrade /renovation, looks decent. Nice decor.

Got a specific room # and directions to our room. Our key cards would not work after several attempts. We tried opening the door and turning the handle several times. I walked back to the lobby only to find out after some confusion that we were given the wrong key cards while my wife waited in front of the wrong room. Imagine what the people inside that room were thinking. It looked like we were trying to gain access to someone else's room.

The bagel bar is a good concept. Problem is that bagels shouldn't be out for so long because they harden. On day 2 of our stay there were only plain bagels. Please consider additional toppings (nutella, peanut butter) and adding some hardboiled eggs. Also all the yogurt options were "light". Also there is a smell that is either mold or something like that. It was very strong in the bathroom and the hallways.

I like the friendly staff, it was clean and the location to the Casino for the competition was great. I appreciate the attendant at the front desk, when the room next door, started playing music at 6:45 in the morning, that he came from the front desk and knocked on the door. That was customer service at its finest. Robert, was awesome

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Check in was quick. Liked the use of full size shampoo etc instead of small disposables.

Walls are thin! I could hear the person next to me cutting his toenails and he turned on music at 6am our first morning. He checked out, so we were good after that.

The room was adequate and clean. The only complaint is the noise level, we were near the elevator and the noise was on the high side for us. We enjoyed the stay besides this.

No gluten-free options are offered for the breakfast. The only option was yogurt, maybe add some oatmeal as a healthy and gluten-free alternative?

The premises were very clean, friendly staff. Easy and quick check-in and check-out. The rooms were cute and clean. Good parking around the building to be near your room. Breakfast was simple but good (Assorted bagels with choice of spreads, yogurts, muffins, coffee, oj)

Pool was outside so it was closed but I knew that before arrival.

Love this hotel. Friendly staff, especially the manager Josh who was so nice and helpful! Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Breakfast was great and the hotel was very affordable! Can’t wait to go back on our next visit to the Groton Mystic area! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We only stayed for one night, but we had a great experience. We were the first guests to check into the newly renovated hotel. For the price it was great, other hotels in the area were double the price and this hotel was conveniently located right off the interstate.

There was nothing we disliked at this hotel.

The breakfast was very nice. The room where the breakfast was located was very clean and organized.

My husband did not like the mattress and found it uncomfortable. I had no problem with the mattress.
