We have stayed here twice with our 2 small dogs. We get a King Suite and the space and layout are perfect! We can hang out on the couch in one area and then sleep in the other section. The bed is so comfy and the best feature! There is great space and grass for dog walking

Nothing, this is one of the best places I have stayed! Only feedback but not about the hotel is the fact the location has construction nearby that makes getting there tricky

Breakfast was great, loved the coffee. Olivia at the front desk was super helpful and very fun.

Carrying a heavy suitcase up 18 steps was not fun. An elevator would be nice for those heavy trips.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. Unlimited coffee in the lobby was excellent.

I had to leave a little early due to a family emergency. Wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely stay there again.

Side and back door card readers were not working, we had to use the front entrance all weekend.

staff could be a bit friendlier, they weren’t rude but didn’t necesario have any sense of urgency when you come up to the desk and just overall kind of short. beds were smaller than expected…?

BW was close and convenient to the highway and the conference I attended. The room I stayed in was very quiet and the staff were very nice. Oh, and the shower head pressure was strong; very relaxing after a long day at the conference!

Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and ready,check in was smooth.

Everything was good apart from the shower curtain that's was staying on the rod it kept sliding and water was splashing outside the tub. The drain in the tub was slowly draining that the tub was filling up quickly.

The room was just fine - and best price for the area. $15 taxi from the airport - not close. Better than average breakfast - when the lady is there behind the counter (sporadically).

No elevator - we were on second floor one night, bottom floor - another night. Difficult climb with luggage - no one to help (we are older) - no bottom floor rooms second time. But bottom floor was loud in the a.m.

The staff is doing a courageous job . The City of Colorado Springs should address the blight of abandoned restaurants around the hotel . The hotel is fine inside but this corner of Co Springs is destined for the chop - or some kind of urban blight existence . Don’t bring ur wife here ..

See above.. too bad I didn’t take photos .. the City Co Springs laissez faire no zone mentality produces another artful blight for an otherwise nice hotel . Not a welcome sight for tourists .. thank gawd there were some food trucks out on the feeder road

reception great, polite and professional, room very clean, bed really comfortable, shower is fabulous 10/10
