Shilo Inn & Suites Helena-Airport

Room was great. Fluffiest towels ever! Bed was comfortable. Wonderful pillows. Front staff was very accommodating to cancel our second night stay after we discovered the pool was not actually open - one of the reasons we had changed hotels from the previous night.

Website stated pool was open so we booked for 2 nights. Pool was not open.

Our request for a quiet room was perfect ~ The property was close to our daughter & husband, as well as close to shopping, eating and dining…

The air conditioner wasn’t working well at all, our room was very warm in 90+ degree weather ~ the batteries were dead in the TV remote and it had no cover on the back…

I was surprised when we got actual physical keys to open the motel room. I thought keys went out of fashion ten years or more ago.

Not very clean, especially toilet. Broken bulbs in bedside lamp. Hair dryer did not work. No breakfast available.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean and actually got real, glass coffee cups! The staff were efficient and pleasant. The value was very good.
