The front desk person, Ravi Patel, was fantastic and helpful and very, very hardworking. He was always busy and always with a huge smile on his face and ready to help with anything we needed. Great location, quiet, and we will return for sure. Love this place.

Please put in handheld shower heads. It is hard for tall people without a handheld.

Breakfast was nice and the location was close to all of our relatives . Beds and pillows were comfy. We stayed 5 days had lots of luggage so room was crowded for us but we managed. Staff was wonderful

Ice machine would be nice on 3rd floor😁scrambled eggs and bacon.

The proximity to Grand Valley State University can't be beat!

I've stayed here 4 or 5 times and had a good experience but this time I had a couple of little problems. The faucet was broken--it would turn on with no problem but it wouldn't turn off without moving the handle around to find the "sweet spot" so it would turn off. And the toilet seat was so loose that I feared for my safety each time I sat on it! The cleaning person really should have noticed that when they cleaned the bathroom.

Pool atmosphere is a bit institutional (lighting seems dark and space could be more inviting) Mattress too soft for my personal liking (but nothing I would fault the hotel for) Parking lot is a bit small

Very comfortable bed, nice, large room, great shower, very friendly staff, very reasonably priced.

Could have been a little cleaner. Maintenance comments: toilet seat was broken or loose, towel bar hanging to wall by a thread, shower door leaked. Lighting: LED lights very harsh. I like that they are using LED lights, but would prefer warmer light temperature. TV frustrating - difficult to go from channel to channel, very slow and not user friendly.

Very nice, clean room! Great place to stay! Comfortable beds, perfect location for our needs. Liked everything about our room.

Pool temperature was cold! My child swam, but I couldn't tolerate it. The breakfast was lacking. Juice machine wasn't working. "Hot" items were mediocre (biscuits & gravy, sausage, make your own waffles). It was just "okay".

My dislike had nothing to do with the hotel but with the people that were staying at the hotel the night I was there. There happened to be a basketball tournament in town and the college kids (basketball players) were rude, very loud and obnoxious all night long and could not get to sleep before 3 am. But the staff was great.

Loved the cleanliness..everything at the hotel was very central ..the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

I didn't like the pool was freezing..it was colder than the lake water..they told me breakfast was till 10am but didn't mention that is was only till 9 on weekdays..I wish all rooms had a smart TV.

was very quiet and comfortable. We were on the backside of the hotel. The row of tall pine trees were beautiful and made a great privacy screen.

The breakfast choices cold have been more varied. The hard boiled eggs did not make it.

Clean, staff was great,, and it was in a good location for visiting GVSU.

While I didn't expect a lot, the free breakfast wasn't that great and the coffee was terrible: the only reason why I didn't give them a 10/10.
