The breakfast sandwiches, the nightly lit fire pit and hanging outdoor lights, the fact we could grill out. staff was accommodating when needed. Very modern. Comfy beds. Need more rooms with two beds. nice decor. great seating area in lobby.
broken washer, broken dryer, broken gym equipment, broken dishes in room, no quarters for laundry (some hotels now have card swipes and apps to update guests on laundry progress. When requesting rooms to be cleaned, they weren’t cleaned. there were no extra towels and we ran out of tp.

The room was very cozy and there was many facilities to use like the pool/gym. My partner and I mostly spent it watching tv and enjoying take out while we waited for our events to start. It was raining when we got there so a warm room and rest really was great.
there were no issues really if I wanted to be nitpicky I guess the hand sanitize station on the 4th floor had some orange spots in the tray, the drink shelf in my room had a hard water stain, but that's really it.

Location, cleanliness, room amenities
The staff was out of line. At one point we received a call about smoking?? Yet neither myself or my partner smokes. We we're threatened by the employee at the front desk.. and told that she will make us leave. We really didn't appreciate being accused of something we didn't do. Afterwards when we left to take an Uber to The Chop House two doors down it sounded like a full swing party! The hallway was filled with marijuana smoke, people loitering, and trash from take-out. We didn't say anything but we we're upset about the situation.

it’s low key but friendly.
There were no coffee cup or plain half and half cups and I waited for 5 minutes at the desk and no one came out to see what was wrong so I opened the cabinets, found the items and restocked the coffee bar myself and some others that were waiting clapped!

nice breakfast, clean pool and hot tub, spacey rooms
hot plate didn’t work, no housekeeping unless you asked for it. Laundry service was broken and only available 1 W/D with a line a mile long every day. had to go find a laundromat.

Loved the location and space/amenities of the room! Staff was very please to deal with.
Beds were a little stiff and there is a strict 10 pm quiet time policy that we had a hard time adhering too! lol

Breakfast was adequate excellent set up
The facility gave us a bill that was 20 cheaper than we were charged by booking . Com. Obviously no savings for us going thru your company should have booked directly thru hotel. Lessens learned

Love how spacious the rooms are and the friendly staff are very helpful!
Beds are little hard and hate that the pool closes at 10 pm, but just minor things.

Breakfast was hot and plentiful The bed was comfortable, room spacious, the drawers and cupboards handy- the kitchen ,bbq area was superb! The pool!!!

Carpet was dirty. No insulation, I could hear dogs and people in the hall and above us clearly. There was blood on my sofa bed mattress pad
