The staff was the best part of the stay. Esp the lady that was working the breakfast area. She stopped and talked to my son(4) and I. He thought that was neat and anything that makes a positive spark in my child's life makes me happy. Esp with the world we live in these days.

Again involving my 4 year old. The pool was down and my son had been looking forward to swimming, he was heartbroken. 😢 Pool info: as of 6/2 closed with no explaination of why or when it would be accessible again.

The location was convenient and we felt safe, even coming back late at night. The facility and the rooms was very clean and well maintained. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. very large room.

The bed was hard as a rock. Like sleeping on a bench. The pull out bed had a stain on the mattress and there was no bedding in the room for it. We called down and they brought up one sheet, a thin blanket and one pillow.

The location was excellent, which included close proximity to numerous shopping and eating establishments. And the variety and quality of items in the complimentary breakfast was great.

Hallway carpeting seemed a bit worn and dingy. Also the room thermostat did not function properly to automatically regulate the room temperature, and we had to keep manually turning the system off and on to maintain a comfortable room temperature.

The location is great. Lots of things to do, places to eat and shop. Not too far from downtown. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great. Always appreciate hot coffee anytime!!!

We could hear the people in the next room until midnight. More soundproofing is needed. An exhaust fan in the bathroom is needed. A microwave in the room would be nice.

When we did actually see a member of staff, they were friendly and helpful.

The location was wonderful for our group to get around within a reasonable time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. Overall a nice stay!

The bed wasn't very comfortable. It was a little firm.

Part of the reason I booked was for the location. It was within 10 minutes of the concert venue (20 Monroe Street) where my girls went the first night, and within 10 minutes of the Downtown Market where we all attended a wedding.

Very friendly staff - everyone we came across was very nice and friendly! Rooms were exceptionally clean as was the other public areas of the hotel.

The location seemed a little far from the main road.

I like there is a variety of hot and non cooked items. I also like the hours, 6-10 AM. Room was very nice and clean.

The price haha. But it is comparable to other hotels in the area. Otherwise everything else was terrific.

Wonderful staff, due to an unexpected hospital stay, they helped us cancel and rebook our trip. The hotel was clean comfortable and great location. We had a very nice stay. Will stay again, if visiting Grand Rapids.

Every thing was wonderful, there was nothing we could be unhappy or complain about.
