The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and surrounding areas were beautiful. I really appreciated having a fenced in dog park area. The picnic area was a nice touch. The front desk manager came out and spoke with the loud teenagers in the parking lot so we could rest.

The other guests made the experience less than perfect. Even though the motel provided pooper scooper and bags for dog waste AND a large sign with the dog park rules, there were lots of piles of BIG dog poop which my little puppy and I had to navigate around. Guests had also littered the picnic area with cigarette butts and beer bottle caps. It was a shame that such a beautiful grounds was not cared for by the people it was there for.

Friendly service upon check in. Hospitality from the employee who went above and beyond to check if the sausage in the potatoes were beef or turkey. They were neither. But I appreciate those few things

There was no beef or turkey sausage. Seeing that not everyone eats pork. This was one reason I applied for the loyalty rewards. Y'all did at one point had turkey sausage.

The property was clean and decent kid friend the pool was very clean my kids had a great time. The room was also clean smelled very refreshing.

The only thing I didn’t like was the black lady that work in the kitchen she was so rude. She also was putting food out while itching her boob I just thought that was unsanitary. And she was fussing with the guest which was me and someone else.

We moved down from Ohio to relocate to the south. We stayed here for 14 months and the staff had become like family! Never had one problem with any of the staff. We finally moved into our new apartment. It's been a long awaited experience. Thank you Best Western and staff. It was a pleasure to meet such great people!

I like the room. it was a good size to be able to stretch out in while we rested from a long drive. we had plenty of towels and washcloths which was great since we were traveling with our little one. the staff was also very nice and helpful.

I like that there was a dog park but the dog park was so messy and gross. there was a lot of dog poop everywhere that when I took my pup there I had to basically stand by the gate in the corner so I could avoid stepping in poop. i even had to wash my pup's paws afterwards.

Absolutely the best place we have stayed in a while. The room was extremely clean. The staff were very nice and accommodated any request we had. We travel alot and we're very pleased. This will be our go to spot for this area!!

The staff was very friendly at check in and check out! The room was very clean! There were plenty of towels! The pillows were very fluffy!

This was not the facility's fault but a lot of trash by doorways and even a kitty litter box! The trash was bagged and neatly placed by the doors but that was only thing did not like.

Nic was a pleasure to speak to at the front desk, very friendly.the other employee, I didn't catch his name, a man with long hair and glasses, was equally friendly. They got us extra blankets and pillows and were very apologetic when it took more than 5 minutes. The wait wasn't bad at all, as I'm sure they were busy.

A decent inexpensive place to stay near the airport to catch an early morning flight. quiet. There’s a Burger King and a waffle house right next-door. Gas station across the street. In a busy commercial area. I think a lot of people staying here are contractors working locally.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast adequate, and the room lighting good. The price was also reasonable.

The room I stayed in had not been well cleaned -- the drawers had crumbs and coins and even a used tissue in them, and dust under the table. The bathroom sink also had a very slow drain.
