The huge soaker bathtub was amazing

The pool during off season is adults only AND only open until 5:00 pm AND you had to pay to use it. For as much as these rooms cost, the things on the pictures should actually me included.

We loved everything about the hotel and location. We will be back, and we'll also try staying at the other hotels in the area. We enjoyed the food from Bobby's and the Coastal Craft / Cafe .

We would've liked a microwave to warm our leftovers . We heard that Brain Mcknight was gonna be performing at the hotel. We were unable to purchase tickets for Brian Mcknight online . The box office wasn't open for buying tickets either. You could only purchase tickets 4 hours before showtime. My husband didn't like the uncertainty of if there would be tickets or if the tickets would be pricey. He wanted to do dinner and a show. So the 4 hour window didn't work for us.

On the first day we got there our rooms were looking clean to the naked eyes. Honestly was wondering if the bed linens were changed from the previous guests. After sleeping at your hotel Friday night, Saturday morning we went out and when we got back one of our rooms the linens were changed but the beds were not made. When I call to inquired the reason for such an err I was told it was an oversight. WOW!

On day one the secondary room refridgerator had left overs probably form the previous guests. i was wondering if the bed linens were changed.

Booking.com messed up my reservation. I ended up canceling my reservation and had to book through Harrahs because booking.com never sent the booking number. The lady at Booking.com even hung up on me as we were waiting for the confirmation. I didn’t like how there was a staff member knocking on my door at 1am asking did I order sheets when he just seen that I just got to my room. He did it two nights in a row. He also kept looking in my room as I opened the door

Absolutely loved the layout & how easy it was to navigate the hotel & casino. In the marina district, so it was nice to be in AC, but not RIGHT in the middle of AC. The room was clean, spacious, updated, & comfortable. Resort staff were kind, helpful, & professional. The food & drinks were PERFECT! Huge portions, so you got your money’s worth and the drinks were made very well, no matter where you went in the resort.

The only complaint we had (and not a very big one!) was that the bed in our room was not made properly. There was a mattress protector over the mattress, then a flat sheet, then another flat sheet, and the comforter; no fitted sheet. They also had four very tiny pillows on a king size bed; which was not enough, but again, very small detail. Nothing major to complain about!

Front desk/receptionist was extremely helpful when the Kiosk didn't print the room information. Seems to be a lot of choices for food and snacks. Pool looks like fun but didn't want to pay the $10 to access. Room was spacious. Liked the location away from the boardwalk.

The hotel itself needs to be modernized as far as the rooms and decor. There is a difference between being retro and looking outdated. The carpet in the rooms need a deep clean.

I like Harrah's I have stayed in before so familiar with their quality. So, I like what they are capable of providing.

The room was not well cleaned. Edges around bed frame needed vacuuming The sheet on one bed had a small stain and pillow cases were stained. When I say stained, I mean cleaned but not pristine. I sprayed everything down with Lysol. I called down to the desk a couple of times but never received an answer. I would recommend purchasing some new linen to replace grudgy.

The bedroom was much bigger than I expected. The bathroom was a jaw dropper with a tub, separate standup shower, toilet with door for privacy so someone else can still use the rest of the bathroom. Their was plenty of table room and ottomans at the end of each bed.

I didn't like not having a microwave in the room. We ate at one of the restaurants located in the resort and had plenty of leftover food. When we got back to our room we realized we couldn't heat up our leftovers and had to throw away $20 worth of food.

I love how big the room was, how clean the hotel was and I like how clean the pool was.

I did not like that they close the pool early at 5 pm. I did not like that they charge an entrance fee for the pool during the day. I did not like that they did not have the pool party on a Wednesday like they did before. I did not like that they didn’t have a buffet restaurant and I had to go to Borgata to eat. I did not like that the smell of cigarettes was coming inside my room from the vent.

All was a wonderful experience and ironically stayed in Vegas Harrah's week after the Super Bowl 🏈 🏆and this one actually blew me away start to finish. So many positives starting with the self checkin to checkout, the Room was so spacious, Executive level accommodations and updated. Facility is a self contained city so much to do, exceptional value

AWESOME Room, Huge bathroom with big deep tub, Great views of the Bay area, Restaurant options, the Pool during the day and the Pool After Dark, Sportsbook was great
