The breakfast was extremely expensive for what you got and they were severely understaffed. It literally took the waitress 20 minutes to get us our coffee and water and another 30 minutes to get us our bill (by no fault of her own, she was running her tail off!) This place needs to just put out self serve coffee and drinks to ease the load on their wait staff a bit. It took 1 1/2 hours to get through breakfast and we ate in like 15 minutes. We spent so much time waiting and waiting

I wanted to do something special for my 56 birthday, so I chose to go to Huntsville to stay at the Westin. It’s a great getaway trip, once you arrive you don’t have to get in your car to go anywhere because everything is at hand. Thanks Westin for making my birthday enjoyable. I also want to thank the staff especially Nichole at the front desk you rock!!!!!!!!!!

The staff from the time I checked in till the time I checked out. I didn’t really want to leave but I had to.😔I lost my three parents four months apart from each other and had a career change so you needed this break. The stay was sweet and peaceful.

At check in, Willie was very professional and friendly. My room was clean, the shower was spacious, the bed and bedding covers and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, clean, and well organized. Our hostess was very professional, friendly, and answered our questions about the establishment. I am definitely visiting The Westin in Huntsville Alabama again.

This is not a what I didn't like, but more of what was not provided in the bathroom; and that was the fan blower.

We were there for a concert and Deontay drove us there and picked us up in the hotel sprinter. He was above and beyond nice and friendly!

When I checked in they charged me for the room again, that I had paid for in the booking app, NOT incidentals. Even after I asked twice that they’d be putting only incidentals on the card.

Best location ever, super clean, very comfortable.

It was my first stay here. I paid extra for breakfast but wasn't given a ticket upon check-in. I didn't know a meal ticket was required. A big deal was made about it the next morning while making a breakfast plate. Super annoying and super embarrassing.

Nice staff, beautiful lobby, good location

The pictures of the pool shown in Booking are from another place. The pool at this hotel is smaller, in a not too sunny spot. The pictures are not accurate and we actually booked this hotel based on the pool pictures because that's something we really enjoy

I love the location, Naomi at the front desk is just as amazing as she is beautiful. It’s nice to see a real professional in today’s time. Jazzman is also amazing and beautiful. These two ladies are a real asset to this hotel and I enjoy seeing them when I visit.

my room was the most far away from the elevator, and because I had a lot of luggage it was a little bit disappointed but nothing special.

Location, swimming pool and staff

I really liked the location, this is the main reasoning we decided to try the Westin out. It is right there on Bridge Street and a small walk to the theatre. I also really liked the outside pool area that overlooks the lake. Definitely the most beautiful part of the property.

There were two major parts that I did not like about the property. First being the room. To have such an elegant building, lobby, and outside area. It is very disappointing to go in inside to a mediocre room. The size was fine but it was such a standard room for the price. Second part being the breakfast, this was definitely the worst breakfast that I have ever had at a hotel. We have stayed many places and this is easily the worst. There was a beautiful dinning area but unfortunately the food did not meet the atmosphere.
