Best Western Northwest Indiana Inn

We needed a place to stay overnight before our long drive the next day. The hotel was just right for something affordable and comfortable for a single night. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean, and the bed was very cozy. We slept like babies.

I have no complaints, just two suggestions. 1. it would be good to have some tea options, in addition to the instant coffee, in the room 2. an earlier breakfast time would also be useful for the early risers and travelers.

The location was awesome and just where I wanted to be located in conjunction with where I had to be each day. The breakfast was the best of all the other hotels I visited in the are but not even close to the international hotel and motel stays.

The refrigerator was very noisy at night and the front desk tells me that it has to go thru a defrosting cycle? I am 60 years old and they think I will accept this explanation because this is the first time i have ever had a refrigerator in my room...lol. I actually had to unplug the refrig at night and when I told the front desk people that, she said that would be ok and asked if I had anything in the refrig that would spoil.....hmmmmm. AS for breakfast I thought what they had was cute but I opted to get my breakfast elsewhere. They might want to consider a less cheap refrig....

Clean room

No carts in front. Went to back and there were carts. The curb was not taken out. It was terrible getting the cart to the car which was at the other side of the parking lot. This was terrible and not convenient for handicapped people.

Close to the Casino, and right off the interstate. The staff was excellent! Everyone was supper friendly!!

Bed was a little too soft, and the pillows sucked.

they don’t clean the rooms everyday if u stay over. you have to clean your own room.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Located close to Hard Rock Casino.

The road to get to hotel was very rough, could use repaving.

it was clean and the management was very professional.

Breakfast did not start on time it was about an hour late.

Other than the bed in our room I have no other complaints

Only thing that I didn't like was the bed...it was uncomfortable to me. The bed was just too hard.
