The bed was super comfortable, the room was nice and clean. The staff was nice. There is a pool, gym, parking and is very close to the airport.

The description of the hotel said there was a transport from the hotel to the airport per request, they call a taxi for you.

We made a reservation at 11:30 pm and checked in at midnight. The staff found an extra bed so we could sleep 3 to a room. Although I booked online the desk could not find my reservation on their computer. They worked with me including searching my phone with me to solve the problem. I really appreciate the helpful attitude of the staff. And my Spanish is not that good!

The pillows were too big and hard. No facial tissue in the room. Wash cloths would have been nice but I realize they are optional in Mexico.

The staff was always at front to my needs and kindly. my wife loved the food at the restaurant and how the service guys recommended which plate to get according to the time of the day. Definitely staying there again

The pool was closed for a private party function. No lunch service. Some receptionists hopeless. Not possible to change reservation except by phone. Insufficient room lights to read at night.

The rooms are clean and pretty up-to-date and there's parking.

The room service aren't as attentive. I called three times before they picked up the phone. The hallways also need to be vacuumed and cleaned. I was supposed to get a room with a bath tub and was just given a shower.

Almost everything, I really like to suggest to improve yours bathrooms for diferent capabilities persons. Maybe an extra handle. The breakfast was delicious.

The door in the bathroom is too near to the wc.

The price was great! The pool area was clean and had lots of seating around. A staff member would bring out pool towels so we knew we were getting fresh clean towels. Very close to a grocery store and fast food restaurants. Although we were close to the airport you couldn’t hear the loudness of the planes while indoors. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The restaurant and room service were great. They had plenty of food selections.

In the pool area there was only one table. Since we had snacks and things we didn’t want to get ants in it and had to wait for the other guest to leave so we could use it.

Check in was at 3, when I arrived my room was not ready. They told me in 30 min come back. We wanted to use the pool while we waited, the pool was packed with people due to a party going on in the area. We stayed regardless. I went back in 45 min my room was still NOT READY. Again they said 15 min, BIG FAIL. They did not give me my room key until 5:30… very disappointing.
