+we booked a half year before so we got a good price /value +rooftoppool +room was ready at lunchtime +breakfast with yummie food and good varieties

-we kindly asked a room on high floor. We didnt get -the room smells rotted, everytime we come in. Maybe because of the wet air condition or the bath shower. -it was loud, there are many party people in the rooms, on the pool. -all the time loud party music on the pool. So no chance to sleep, relax or reading. -they wanted from us to fill out a questionary and wont let us go till we did it. When we tell them we wanna do later they filled it out for us and gave everywhere 100%…

Really nice hotel and the staff were very helpful. The room was a good size, the bed was large and very comfortable. The room had 2 large windows with a beautiful view of the phuket jungle. The location was good, it took around 10-15 minutes to walk to patong beach / bangla road. Hotel also has a nice roof top bar that is open until midnight. It serves nice food and serves good food and plays good music. You can relax and enjoy the lively views from the rooftop bar / pool I will definitely stay here again when I return to Phuket

Nothing but I thought it was worth mentioning that it's located on a busy road and you get quite a bit of noise, due to the volume if traffic that use this road. This wasn't a problem for me or my girlfriend but it could be an issue for people who are light sleepers.

Not enough tea and coffee facilities in the room . I asked for milk for my tea and they wanted to charge me !! Had to buy my own for the room . Disappointing after paying so much money . English people were Not catered for at breakfast . We do not eat curry or noodles . Needed more English food

People should not be allowed to smoke weed on the rooftop terrace, it can be bothering for some guests.

The swimming pool on the rooftop is amazing! Big enough and with beautiful view on the city and sea. Breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity. Clean and comfortable room and bed. The stuff was nice and ready to help. The food in the restaurant is very good, maybe a bit expensive but this is expected. The location is also good, i.e. walking distance from beach, Bangla road, and shopping malls. The Siladon Spa nearby is fanstastic. Definitely good value for money.

Room not perfectly isolated from outside noise. Stuff a little too picky and trying to control everything. For example they take note if you take towels in the swimming pool and you are not allowed to bring them in your room, which is a bit annoying if you are wet. Some rooms have humidity issues, but I think this is due to the extremely high humidity during rainy season and it can be mitigated with air conditioning.

The hotel is clean, staff was exceptional, they helped us with anything we needed. The shower was nice. They prepared for us a surprise when we entered the room. Breakfast was overall nice, each morning there was a rotating stand of rice porridge/noodle soup/chicken soup.. Best part of breakfast.

Breakfast was a bit repetitive, one day our room wasn't cleaned without explanation (I think that there was a specific reason as the floor was being maintained, but a heads up would be nice). Also, you have to ask specifically for small amenities like towels and moisturizer creams. The lighting in the room isn't so good.

Good location, easy walking distance to the main strip as well as the beach. Lots of shops and 7/11 up the road about 2 mins walk. The pool is absolutely lovely, stunning views and quiet. They play really good music up there too and have a bar so can have a little party. Bathroom was good as well, room was spacious although there was quite a bit noise coming from the road. It’s not clubs/bars but the Tuk tuk drivers blasting music. It’s not the hotels fault so can’t fault them for that, it’s out of their control. They did offer for us to move to another room but it was smaller and we were only staying for 2 nights so it was bearable. You also have room service which is very reasonably priced and good food. Breakfast was lovely with all your traditional breakfast foods as well as Thai food if you’re feeling it.

Noise from the road from the loud tuk tuk drivers, no fault of the hotel.

Clean decent size rooms. Nice natural light. Good Balcony. All toiletries were available. Welcoming and warm reception, We checked in at odd hours ~ 2AM and they were very courteous and helpful. They explain all facilities in detail. Location is a winner, walking distance to Patong beach and all high street shopping. Even famous Bangla street was walkable !20-22 mins. The property is well-known. One should be aware that there is another hotel with name "Marina Patong" next ot the beach. So while booking cabs online one should clearly mention "Marina Phuket"

Only issue is room which i booked stated Bath Tub in both the rooms, which wasnt there in my room . This was a big dampener. Booking.com must ensure what they show must be provided.

We loved the rooftop bar and its vibe. The hotel was modern and very clean. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a pharmacy next door which is useful. Housekeeping was efficient. The pillows were too hard for me, but they did bring us some softer ones.

The shower! A huge letdown for us. I don't want to shower inside a bathtub, and the door leaks water everywhere. The water doesn't stay at a constant temperature. This was the biggest disappointment for us. The breakfast was unfortunately not to our westernised style. We struggled with breakfast. The food is good but not enough westernised options. We also booked and was told it's in Kata, but the hotel is actually in Patong. It's very busy and noisy at night. There's no view of the beach or sea as there's a big ugly building in the way. The night market next door is broken down and not functional. It's quite a walk to the next night market.
