The hotel entrance is so spacious and decorated nicely. The reception staff are very helpful about everything. They even let us check-in early. Rooms are spacious and clean and have everything you need. The breakfast has a good selection of savoury and sweet spread.

They’re very strict about their breakfast service. I was sitting outside the restaurant working and was going to have my breakfast when my friend woke up and joined me. I just wanted to pop over and grab an orange juice and they didn’t let me have it. That was very odd, why make a customer upset over a glass of orange juice?!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I choose it because of its proximity to the sea and the value for money. On the plus side, the rooms are quite clean and spacious, the breakfast is quite tasty, I'd also like to mention that the à la carte menu has very tasty steaks and red wine (especially considering the price, it's super!).

For my second trip, I chose the same type of room as last time, but the room was smaller than the first time! I didn't understand why. I also note that the air conditioner in the room is very old, noisy and poorly working, so I had to open the window, but the weather is not hot in March. Also, during my week in the hotel, I never managed to visit the roof with the pool. The door to the roof was just closed all the time, the staff said it was because of the weather conditions.

Everything was amazing. First, let’s start with the hotel itself. It is amazing! Everything is modern, everything is very nicely organized. It is located 5 minutes from the metro station which was very important for us because we wanted to see as much as possible of Barcelona. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but only a minute from the tourist street with many shops and supermarkets, and five minutes from the beach, so we loved it. The staff cleaned our room every day and we got clean towels every day. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

We liked everything, but maybe the only thing that we weren’t really happy with were the pillows, they were kinda weird haha.

Booked for a last-minute travel, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Very easy to reach and very well connected thanks to public transport (bus and metro). The room was bigger than it seemed from the pictures, and the bathroom was also significantly bigger than expected. Everything was clean, we got our towels changed when indicated, and the bed made. Pillows and mattress were also relatively comfortable, and the big dark curtains kept the light away properly for a good sleep in the morning too. We went to the roof to check out the pool too, and while it was too cold to use, it looked really cool. We did not have breakfast included, so cannot comment on that.

The room was quite hot, and the ventilation did not really work, so we usually turned it off entirely. It wasn't really clear whether heating was on and the thermostat wasn't easy to understand. We had to keep the windows open while in the bedroom cause it was really hot, but the fresh weather helped and in the end, the night sleep was okay.

Very large comfortable bed for two people. Clean room. Cleaner came in every day. Fridge in room was very useful. Stayed there over the Christmas period visiting family. Didn’t have breakfast option but did use the ‘ Too good to go’ app for breakfast collection one morning and it was really good. I would do that again. Lovely lounge area and big screen for football games for my husband to watch on. Lovely and warm in communal areas and the room, bearing in mind it was winter and it was cold outside. We also loved the bath which filled up really quickly and the water was very hot. Shower was also very powerful which was great. Bath is a little bit slippery for older people but a nice size. All in all a really good stay and very reasonably priced .

We don’t think the air conditioning was very effective , as even when we had it on, it was still a little too warm at night.

Had two interconnected rooms that were pretty comfortable and clean. Nice breakfasts in a cosy hotel restaurant area. Kind service. Also the location is good, very close to the beach and restaurants; pretty good connection with the city (busses and metro).

All good, but since travelling with kids I missed a bit option to use Netflix or other streaming apps on the TV in the room (1 device had no smart TV, second seemed to have this feature blocked).

The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The bed was big and very comfortable. Restaurant staff is usually very friendly. Breakfast is available until 11, which is very convenient. Cleaning of the rooms and room service is very good. All reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed something, reception staff helped immediately. We would like to mention especially Mr. Khalid at the reception, who helped us in a lot of issues and gave very good advice. A taxi stand is directly next to the hotel and a subway station is just 600 meters away. Numerous good and affordable restaurants are in the vicinity of the hotel. Several beaches are just a 15 minute walk away.

The swimming pool on the roof is way too small for a hotel of this size and standard. We tried many times, but could not use it, as the pool was always crowded and all sunbeds were occupied.

The room was bigger than what we expected. It was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel was ideal and we loved the fact that it was close to the beach and the bus stop if we had to head into town. Breakfast was good and had variety. We even had a couple of lunches at the restaurant while we were there and we loved the dishes. Great value for money and a very friendly staff. Oh, the best thing about the hotel was that it always smelt good, it was very refreshing to even walk into the lobby. That made the stay feel quite luxurious. We loved our trip and our stay!

Modern large hotel, lovely foyer, dog-friendly. Our room was clean, modern, perhaps smaller but good enough for shorter stays. I liked the spacious lobby with lots of chairs and couches. In walkable distance (500 m) from a metro station. And th same distance to the public beach. Quieter neighbourhood. Rich buffet breakfasts.

Not really clean windows. Small breakfast area (very packed tables and very noisy). And you need to wait to get seated. Luckily we always agreed with the manager to be seated either outside in the nice lobby or in some corner.

Great quiet location to the beach and Metro. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a guest for breakfast one morning which was accommodated for a small fee. Balcony was nice to look at the city, with a glimpse of sea in the distance. Not bad value for the price

When asked for fresh boiled eggs at breakfast, was given reheated boiled eggs which were black on the inside. Surely 4star hotel should be able to manage soft boiled eggs. Also no gluten free cereal options although they did have some gluten free baguettes and croissants. Would have been nice to have some dairy free yogurts as well. Some water damage to room, probably because the bath had no overflow.
