I asked for a room with a shower. I was told no shower at this level. You have to upgrade to the next level. I asked what would this cost I was told at the front desk this was not available. When I got to my room it had a SHOWER only. It was a handicapped room. Wheelchair accessible so shower only. Just what I asked for. So happy. I was happy with the service over Breakfeast. Very nice service lady.

Better communication at the front desk. In English. She spoke English well but didn't seem to know I was booked into a wheelchair accessible room.

Our room was lovely, very stylish and spacious. Coming back to the room felt like coming home. We thought the breakfast was exceptional, the best we had in our whole trip.

It is in a good area opposite the prestigious Sherry Park hotel and near the Real Escuela del Arte Ecuestre. But it is about 20 minutes walk into the centre. No free parking. Hotel parking is €20 per day. Public parking close by is €16 per 24 hours, less for a shorter stay

ladies on front desk were lovely - even gave me a €1 to park my car - thank you for that! Breakfast is great too.

Sorry to say it but inconsiderate hotel guests allowing their doors to 'slam' closed when returning to their rooms at 02.30 and 03.00, on a Thursday night. And then the noise from outside - music and motorbikes revving their engines at 3.00am - not the hotel's fault, clearly, but noise is not appreciated by me at that time of the night - maybe a room not overlooking the road is the one to chose?

The hotel was clean, comfortable, well located, and with a friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel staff should play more attention to the ridiculously loud music from the restaurant/tavern diagonally across the street. Despite wearing earplugs, I was awakened by the loud music at 2:30 AM. There is no reason why the hotel staff would not call the police, without needing to be prompted by guests.

The small suites were spacious, comfortable and value for money. Large beds.

Toilet right behind the sink. The nightclub over the road open until 7am at the weekend.

There is no free parking around. The hotel offers parking at 20 euro per night.

Just a suggestion.Could be useful have a menu with the prices for the room service and clear istructions to watch TV.
