Conveniently located near the airport. Quiet and clean with shuttle service that runs every 15 minutes or so.

The instructions for getting the shuttle from the airport are a bit misleading, you need to take the regular airport shuttle (orange/white bus) that stops at several places near the airport. Also worth noting is that between 01:00 - 06:00 the shuttles come only every 40 minutes, so plan accordingly.

The breakfast offered a complimentary buffet of a typical English and European foods from cooked bacon, sausage, eggs to order, potatoes, tomatoes, fruits, breads, cereals, and more. The cafeteria style seating for dinner accommodated large groups easily. The food was good and reasonably priced. Room was comfortable and clean. They had a large secured baggage storage room .the 24 hour free shuttle to airport every 15 minutes was on time.

It was expensive and the check-in line long. No help with bags, only 2 luggage carts, locked in luggage room and unavailable. The full size shuttle bus was a zoo. No space to accommodate all the passenger luggage (no luggage storage shelves & only one small flloor space. It was packed in the early departure & late hours. While the rooms were secured with a key card access, it was a narrow doorway and required multiple trues with the card (a bottleneck), especially with all ones luggage

The staff at this hotel are excellent. We have stayed previously at the Hilton “in the terminal of Fiumicino Airport” and prefer the Hilton Garden Inn. The shuttle bus runs regularly and it is quicker and less strenuous to get to the airport on the bus than do the long walk from the terminal to the so called terminal Hilton! Nice breakfast with plenty of items cooked to order and cold items.

There was a leak in the bathroom under the vanity unit and there was a pool of water spreading over the floor and under the floor in the bedroom. We soaked this up with towels but it was very late a night when we discovered this so mentioned it in the morning. We would like to assume they have now dealt with this before anyone else stays in the room.

Room was comfy and clean. Internet was very good.

Check in was slow because rooms were not yet available. The procedure would have been improved by letting the ones checked in sit away from the counter until their room was ready rather than crowding about the check in counter. Instructions for locating the airport shuttle could have been better. Make it very clear to go to the Arrival level and look for the blue sign. We didn't realize we were on the Departure level until much later. A call to the hotel didn't clear up the location, either. I sent a message through Booking.com for clarity on the airport shuttle, but didn't get a response.

The location is very convenient for the airport, with a regular free shuttle service every 15mins (and the time to the airport from the hotel under 10mins). The room was clean and a good size, with air conditioning, a king sized bed and bathroom with bathtub. There was also a small but reasonably well kitted-out gym with TechnoGym equipment, and a laundry area (with self serve washer, dryer and irons).

The property is very much set within the industrial airport complex setting. Whilst it wasn’t noisy, it wasn’t the prettiest, and has only minimal outdoor space (a terrace) but no gardens (which was a little counter intuitive given the hotel name). There is a simple restaurant and bar area, but we felt the menu was a bit restricted (especially for vegetarians) - having said this, there is a small snacks shop with drinks etc and a few microwaveable meals as an alternative, but we ordered Deliveroo.

The gym - was small but had what we needed. The staff were very good and interacted well. Food was good portions and quality.

We booked this without the free cancellation policy. When we asked for some flexibility on this, the hotel refused, which is fine as was in accordance with the option selected. However, the hotel was fully booked and could probably have given us a refund without loss of profit I.e. someone else would have booked the room in our place. So whilst our stay was pleasant, we could have already started the journey to our main destination and enjoyed our first night somewhere more interesting than the back of an airport.

The airport shuttle was so easy to catch. Probably would be good to make it clear to weary tourists that the bus will always stop at the hotel rather than trying to keep a worried eye out for the hotel stop. With another Hilton hotel so close to the airport it can be confusing when the other one appears in the bus window. Dinner was excellent. The best value we encountered on our entire European trip. Such a pleasant surprise at the end of our holiday after regularly paying high prices for some ordinary food in tourist locations.

Near the airport, but really far from the city. we booked the first night in Rome there as we arrived really late. Staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, so many options. The room was cozy and clean.

The transfer bus is horrible. We lost the first one as the bus driver stopped really far from the sidewalk and we needed to rush with our luggage’s in the middle of street. As I was accompanied by elderly people, we couldn’t run, as we were arriving to the bus door, the driver just left us there. So after more than 10h flight you need to schedule another type of transportation or run to the bus because they won’t wait a second and do not care if you’re old or have any health issues.
