It was possible to walk, pushing a luggage trolley, from airport arrivals area to the hotel. The hotel has a map showing the way but this does not mention that you have to cross of a road to reach a pedestrian tunnel. This is easy to do (there are traffic lights) but also easy to walk past if you do not know to look for it!

Not much, its a functional modern hotel that provides clean rooms adjacent to the airport. Staff were helpful and efficient. There is a shuttle bus to the airport but it has limited hours so one thing that could be improved would be to provide advice about taxis if the shuttle is not running (and you cannot walk).

Great restaurant! Everything is clean and modern. I got an upgrade this time around 🙂 - it was my third time staying here. It's very convenient for the airport. The elliptical running machine in the room was a great surprise The welcome sweets were of incredible quality.

You really really need to book this place well in advance or there is no room left. But this is also why everything is great here I guess. Make sure to follow payments via booking.com. I don't know why but for this hotel I always need to ask to get the credit card payment 2-3 times and contact my bank to allow this hotel to bill from my card. Once, because I was not careful enough, I ended up getting there and finding out on the spot that I had no room because of credit card payment declined by the bank with no apparent reason. But there's always a way, just pay attention to the payment messages from booking.com .

Rooms were nice and clean, staff really helpful, the location is great only if you need to be close to the airport.

My card was pre-authorized the day before arrival with the entire amount then at the hotel i had to make the payment while they cancelled the preauthorisation but it will take a while before i get that money back. I feel like they should have let me know beforehand as now i am left waiting for the bank to unlock that money It's right across from the airport but a 15 minutes walk as you need to make a detour. Overall, quite overpriced.

The location to the airport was ideal. We used the shuttle service which got us there in a very short time. The room was spacious and while we were looking at the airport we had a beautiful view of the mountains behind the airport. The hotel staff were very kind and professional.

I was suprised at how far the hotel was from the centre as on the map it is a 20 minute taxi ride but that doesn't indicate that there is nothing much else other than the airport and the OrioCentre which is a shopping centre.

The shuttle bus in the morning was very helpful (but you have to pay for it!)

You step out from the airpor door, you look directly at the hotel opposite you, but you have to walk with all the luggage for 20 minutes, downhill and uphill, to get there, because there is no crossing of the highway next to the airport entrance :(. And, now the crossing is a building site, as well. In the evening no shuttle bus to the hotel! The price for the accommodation is too high compared to other hotels, you have to pay just for the smallest distance to the airport.

The location is wonderful since it is just across Bergamo Airport. Also, you can walk from the airport in a well lighted as well as well-signed pathway. The facility is excellent, very clean, very welcoming staffs especially to Maria of frontdesk who received us and offered us complimentary drinks. This will be the best choice of hotel to recommend to whoever will go to Milan from Bergamo airport. The transport from this location is very efficient since buses and taxis are all available in the airport arrival area. Plus there is a mall just beside it. AMAZING!

In general the room was very comfortable, clean, lot of closet space, and bathroom was spacious and well planned with all amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating. At reception, they asked if we preferred a room with a balcony or a larger room. Took the larger room and it was excellent.

The air-conditioning seemed to be preset to not go lower than 21 which is o.k. Would have preferred the room to be cooler but since we were only there for a night, it was fine.

Far nicer than I expected from an airport hotel - it doesn't look much from the outside, but it's clean, modern and spacious. The rooms were fantastic, I had a suite with lounge area and the location next to the mall is superb for food and a bit of last minute shopping. I had to switch airports because my flight was cancelled, I may actually fly from Bergamo more often now.

Wifi was fine but I think it was limited for streaming.

Perfect place to stay if you require the airport for travel. We walked it in 15 minutes, with 2 suitcases. Perfect position. They also upgraded my room because it was my birthday, good job i didnt tell a porky as they did look at my passport! They also put a note in my room to wish me a happy birthday with some biscuits, such a lovely touch. Clean bathroom and facilities, woukd stay here again if in the area.

I dont like it when food and drink are put in the room and then are chargeable.

I pre booked this hotel for a 1 night stay because it was within 10-15 minute walking distance from the airport. Our flight was due to arrive at 11pm and I thought taxis might be problem. As it happens our flight was delayed 4 hours so we arrived at the hotel at 3am but managed to check in without problems. When waiting for a return flight a couple told me a lot of people had been stranded at the airport due to lact of taxis at 3am The walk to the hotel was a concern at that time of night and involved walking through a 60 meter motorway underpass but it was well very lit and basically there was nobody around. As to the accomodation the room was spacious and clean. Sound proofing was amazing as our room looked over the motorway but could barely hear a thing.

Note I was quoted 30 euro for a taxi transfer assuming an 11pm arrival so if you are unable to walk for 10 minutes and definitely need a taxi you may as well stay in Bergamo Centre where there is no airport premium.
