Everything about this place was brilliant. Definitely coming back here. Right from checking-in, to breakfast, to room service, to checking-out, and the refurbished rooms all was top notch. Mirka at the check-in counter is an absolute professional and is an invaluable asset. Gave us the best of the best. Karen at the breakfast counter is a phenomenal person, more of a friend now and look forward to seeing her again. Bow, who works in the evening was an excellent person who served us dinner and drinks. Great memorable stay and look forward to visting this place often during my corporate travels.

Gym could have more equipment like a squat rack, that's about it.

Fantastic location - few minutes walk to all local attractions; CentreMK, XLeisure, theatre, lots of bars and restaurants etc. Hotel itself is a great size and presented really well, hotel lobby and bar/restaurant very inviting - lots of seating and a a nice un-intrusive atmosphere. Wonderful, very accommodating staff who were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Lovely, warm pool that was thoroughly enjoyed by my daughter and I. Breakfast was divine and plentiful, and set us up for the whole day. Luggage storage available to cram in the last bit of shopping after check-out. Was able to secure early check in and late check out which was very, very much appreciated after a long journey.

Only two minor things that will not affect our hotel of choice for our return journeys. We found some small bits of paper and hard plastic in our bed on arrival. The walls between rooms are thin - we felt very included in the birthday pre- celebrations that were taking place in our neighbours room, however once they departed for their night on the town all was quiet and we had a fabulous sleep. (I’m sure they can relate as we were up early chatting and laughing before going for breakfast and a swim which is not what you want when nursing a hangover I’m sure!)

To put it simply, everything. Me and my partner decided to stay here for our 9 Year Anniversary, as we found it had a beautiful corner balcony room. The hotel is beautiful as soon as you walk in. The dining/bar area is absolutely stunning and is really lovely to have a sit down with a drink. The people at the desk were very lovely and helpful. Any issues we had were quickly sorted and resolved. The room was beautiful. Stayed in a balcony room, me and my partner and I were stunned at how beautiful and clean it was, including the bathroom. We will be staying again in May for my partners birthday, hopefully in the same room as we loved it so much; we will also be staying again much more in the future!

The staff were so kind and friendly. Great value for money and location wise it’s near the shops, so much to see or do. The spa and pool are included in the hotel stay so another great perk. Thank you to the staff who were very helpful. 10/10 will stay again 🤗

The only issue I had was the fact that people who didn’t have a blue badge were parking in the hotels limited disabled bays, which for me as a wheelchair user is very frustrating. The staff did mention that they unfortunately couldn’t do anything about it, however if you have a blue badge they will give you free parking.

Great location and good hotel for families. The room was clean and great size. Our girls enjoyed the complimentary ice cream and the games terrace. The bar had a good vibe, too. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Next to big shopping centre so lots to do.

The hotel charges a lot more for using their parking spaces when you can use the public parking a few bays down for much less. We had 2 tvs in the room but only 1 remote, so we couldn't watch different things as it would change channels for both tvs. Breakfast was ok but lacked a variety of spreads and pastries.

The room was excellent and at a great price for what the hotel had to offer. The room we had on the second floor was a good size for a couple and it had a large screen TV with lots to choose from like Netflix and YouTube etc. The bathroom was great too with a lovely shower and the option of having a bath if preferred, there was a large mirror, shaving point, nice toiletries, plenty of nice clean towels and lots of space too. I liked the choice of lighting and decor and the room had a large desk to accommodate a laptop and lots of other bits and pieces, it also had plenty of storage space, a hair dryer and an ironing board and iron . Bed was nice and cosy. We were also treated to air conditioning which proved to be very useful. The location was excellent and was a couple of minutes walk away from the shopping centre and lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity Staff were so kind and helpful which went a long way to making this a very enjoyable stay. We didn't use the swimming pool or gym facilities so can't comment on that. Will definitely be back in a couple of months.

Couldn't find fault with what we saw and experienced.

Very welcoming, very clean and excellent facilities on site and within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. The staff were all very welcoming, chatty and interested in what we had been doing etc. We were told when we checked in that there was a Christmas party on and that there was a DJ, with the music continuing to midnight. We told the receptionist we understood and it was Christmas so we weren't surprised that there were Christmas parties taking place, however, we didn't hear any noise from the party when we returned the hotel room in the evening. Breakfast was very good, you got a lot to choose from, including a cooked breakfast that was a self-service, and it was good value for money too. We will definitely be rebooking to stay at this hotel again. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were treated by respectful and friendly staff. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

There was nothing that we could complain about or were unhappy with.

From check in to departure all the staff were really helpful and friendly. We were treating family to a mini break and the swimming pool was a main attraction. The water was a great temperature for kids and we almost had it to ourselves on both swims. Location close to Milton Keynes city centre was perfect for a wide choice of places to eat. We chose premium rooms and they were great.

Minor point, but it would have been helpful to see the pool timetable before arrival (a link in a message?) to know in advance the closures for private lessons/adults only sessions to help us plan our time.

Great location, really friendly staff, amazing room with walk in shower & balcony. Great customer service prior to the stay. Food was lovely, evening meal at Marco Pierre White, then lovely self service breakfast, even though we didn’t come down til 9am the food was plentiful & fresh. Able to leave luggage prior & post stay. Staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Only slight improvement would be the pool - children were having a lesson so only had access to half of it, so wasn’t quite the relaxing atmosphere we hoped for but it wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Ended up in a room far bigger than anticipated; breakfast was excellent, the indoor swimming pool lovely. Very close to the huge shopping centre. Fully carpeted rooms and corridors keep noise to the minimum. Friendly bar service, room heating perfect and easy to operate!

The rooms facing the atrium (like mine) get little natural light, leaving the room a bit gloomy even with all the lights on, and the balcony cannot be used. On the third floor the water pressure felt a little low, took ages for the bath to half-fill!
