W Amman Hotel

Hotel designed in a very delicious way, full of colours and matching the local culture. Staff is amazing, full of attention, care and kindness, from the GM to the people at the reception, to the security guys and the driver Haitham. Food is unbelievably tasty. Location is perfect to reach the most important areas of the City and the surrounding are very nice with a boulevard with restaurants and cafes and a Mall very close. I truly suggest to consider this hotel if you want to feel at home, with positive vibes and comfort

Mesh atmosphere could be improved

The room aesthetics and view appealed to me. The W location to The Boulevard was close and entertaining. The staff assistance upon check-in was very pleasant. Thank you to the staff at W Amman for making my visit enjoyable.

The wifi did not allow me the ability to video chat with my family for me to assure them that I am well and to show off my room. May I suggest that the hotel allow members to video chat with family even for 10 minutes so family across the globe are assured their loved ones are well.

excellent view from 21. floor. Good room swrvice. Friendly, service oriented staff. Daily change of mats in elevators. Good breakfast.

Pool closed for renovation. Limited outdoor area. Bad indoor climate in rooms, - insufficient ventilation. Standard of cleaning of bedroom insufficient.

Amazing place. Great location. The staff is very kind and helpful . The conciergerie service is amazing. Fabulous city view from the room. In addition, the breakfast is very nice and you can find everything for a perfect breakfast.

The water pressure in the showers could see some improvement but it still is good

Everything! Great hospitality, friendly and helpful staff, best city guidance and amazing tour to Petra with a knowledge driver!! Try their Asian restaurant Enso, nice cocktails and delicious selection of Asian food and sushi!!

Our room was amazing and had a lovely view. breakfast was really good and staff were nice. Bed was huge and good quality

No toilet brush which was strange and mini bar is as empty due to Covid restrictions

The security process everytime you go inside the hotel.. but can't blame them

this hotel is perfect. it was in a very good position for us. next to the boulevard and Abdali Mall. the staff are super helpful and kind. we hope to return one day!
