The rooms are modern looking. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

A little more choice of hot dishes for breakfast.

Perfect location and very clean.

Stayed 7 days so I wish there was more room to take clothes out of the suitcase. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, I was disappointed that we couldn’t be accommodated with a room (common area) to have our hair done pre wedding. There were at least 8-9 rooms in our party and we needed a spot for a hairdresser to come and fix our hair. Unfortunately the manager would not accommodate us to have a small conference room so we can use it for 4 hours on Saturday. This is not a complaint, only a comment. Truly, it is a nice hotel and one of the best locations, 5min walk to the Rundle Mall area.

Great location…. Pop out of hotel onto Blyth Street. Top of Blyth Street has a buzzing Restaurant Road… Bottom of Blyth leads you out to the Railway Station, go into it, walk through its historic central hall and onwards and soon a wonderful Vista of river, and Parkland opens up like a dream:)…. Adelaide is very definitely a special city.! Very professional reception staff with personalities👍. Always positive and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Modern room.

Breakfast was a bit of a scramble and made more so by plates runnjng out etc. But, whilst not too exciting, there was enough there to fill one’s belly comfortably.

Wonderful room, felt very fresh and clean, really liked the fresh and airy bathroom design and lack of carpet in the doorway for better hygiene. Bed very comfortable. Great location to access shops. Staff kindly lent a knife and fork to eat in my room one night.

Only issue was last night (Saturday), the building is just off a major party/club street and there must be a night club nearby, as I was very disturbed by music until 3am. Small detail also: I arrived late and was hungry, but was told there is no vending machine. I may have been able to purchase a packet snack at the bar just behind reception if I had asked, but this was not offered.

Staff were fantadtic and extremely helpful as my mum was very unwell. The housekeeping crew were amazing by cleaning and refreshing our room in a short time so that my mum could rest again. Very centrally located..2min walk to Hindley st( food area)., 3 min walk to North terrace, and 7min walk to Rundle Mall, 3 min walk to railway station.Great spot. Guest Laundry and extremely cheap another added bonus.

We were warned about the night life in the area, so make sure you get a room on the last to upper floors. Otherwise nothing, clean tidy spacious room.

everything! breakfast was simple but good (eggs, bacon, toast, pastries). location is almost as good as it gets - close to public transport, shopping and sports. the bed was super comfortable and the pillows are great. the TV is also good

can’t really dislike anything. maybe the bathroom setup was a bit cramped/the shower door and the way that’s designed; the TV was hard to use and wasn’t 100% free to air (couldn’t see guides, info, go back and normal channel numbers). really clutching at straws here

we celebrated our 53rd wedding anniversary so received an upgrade, thank you. The staff was very helpful and gave us a late checkout. Kept our case while we went to do some sight-seeing. We've been to your hotel a few time here and overseas, always enjoyed staying with you.

we thought you have cut back on the variety of breakfast dishes. It was still plenty but we missed the Bircher Muesli and the cheese and salami slices.

The continental breakfast was very generous and included hot options as well, unlike many other hotels. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The reception staff were efficient and helpful, especially calling cabs for us which arrived within a few minutes and also directing us to other transport around the city. The seating in the breakfast area was comfortable and staff kept the area clean and the food well stocked.

In the twin room we shared , you had to climb over the window bed to lower or open the blind as the controls were in the middle of the window. Due to space limitations, the frosted glass bathroom was incorporated within the room and was not soundproof as its door did not completely seal (there was a gap between the door and glass wall).

The room was not huge, but well designed, clean and comfortable. The hotel appears fairly new or recemtly renovated. Service was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is good - near trasnport, restaurants and the cultural attractions. The lovely River Torrens is nearby for walks and cruises. Breakfast was a a typical hotel buffet and adequate, if a little bland. There are some nice cafes nearby for something a little more adventurous.

On one mornng the hotel staf struggled to meet the demand at breakfast, with shortages of cutlery and some provisions. The entrance to the hotel is modest with reception on the first flloor.
