ibis Hotel Brussels Airport

Perfect hotel for spending a night before flying out comfortably in the early morning. Not fancy but very practical because very close to the airport. This hotel scores 10/10 for the practicall traveller.

My room showed some signs of time but I was very happy and preferred the practicality of being closer to the airport. The area seemed a bit isolated but the hotel offered a small selection of dinner options and that was enough for me.

Small rooms with everything you need: closet, desk for your laptop with a lamp, night table with a lamp, TV, clean bathroom with a shower, dark curtains that do not let early morning light wake you up (if you don't have to). It is one stop away from the airport on bus 12 (5 minutes)! A great variety for breakfast: fruit, vegetables, cereal, dries fruit, milk, yoghurt, sausages, eggs, beans, different breads, juice, tea, coffee. Simple and delicious.

Usually staying several time a year. Reasonable value for money although this time the rate was higher. Hotel and bedlinen clean. Helpful staff, good reception service H24. Parking.

A bit remote location and access to public transport limited. Would prefer an electric kattle (tea/coffee) in rooms.

Good price! Close to dedicated location (in walking distance)! Comfortable bed(s). Very close to airport, good connection by city bus!

Somehow I felt it was cold. The heater did not help! Free WiFi with poor security!

I like the hotel a lot. The staf is excellent. I was sorry they no longer offer the airport shuttle. However, they do provide taxis efficiently and on time (just have to pay twenty or thirty euros). I think it is pricey. But I like staying there a lot, as said, and it matches the prices of the other nearby hotels.

I was very satisfied with the whole experience. Staff is very friendly and professional, room and bathroom were perfectly clean. I liked your breakfast. Location was perfect as I needed just 10 minutes walking to NATO building.

There wasn't anything I wouldn't like.

The location near the airport and my client. The nice staff. Soundproof windows. WiFi was good and is free. There are no options around the hotel to buy tickets for the public transportation. So, don't forget to buy the tickets at the airport!

There is no airport shuttle. Maybe due to covid-19. The taxi to/from the airport costs around 18 euro. I was missing a mini fridge in the room. Many of the tv channels had a scrambled image.

Its very near to airport and decent n clean property Good for business travelers We had to Stay near airport for one night so for that its a nice option. Its value for money.

No charging points near the bed also no travel adapters were available at the reception. Also room size is not very big.

Very close to the airport. The bus stop is 4 minute's walk. The breakfast was fantastic. Bar tender and room services were excellent. No shuttle.

The receptionists were not so friendly. No restaurant in site.

sound isolation is the only thing which is not very good. If the guests in surrounding rooms close the door of his/her room it is loud.
