Thon Hotel Brussels Airport

The breakfast was really good and there were a variety of items. I was really happy that it started at 7 and that was really convenient for us. Also, the bed was comfortable and it was clean.

The receptionist was really rude. When we arrived we wanted to take a look at the breakfast area. We had brought sandwiches with us and we were looking for a table inside to eat. But she followed us and told us in a harsh and bold tone that we were not allowed there.

It is very close to the airport and also close to a trains station so it is easy to go to the city. The staff is very helpful and recommended different activities to do.

In the description of the hotel it said it had a shuttle to the airport and this is not true. It has an agreement with a taxi company that provides the service for $15 euro (which is ok). I traveled with my wife and son and they were kind enough to reserve a big taxi with a seat for my 2 year old son.

The hotel was very cozy and comfortable, homey even. The location was also very close to the airport with an airport taxi facility available through the reception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot and left my airpod case in my room and the staff patiently looked for it for me and kept it charge while I went back for them. All in all a 10/10 experience.

Well located to the airport and a short walk to local train line. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Screen in lounge provided updated information about flight departures. Snacks and drinks available for purchase in reception 24/7.

Nothing. Exactly what we expected at an airport hotel. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved that there was a bathtub! And the beds were very comfortable, clean sheets, nice design of the room. Little kettle and even a Nespresso machine!

Can hear people in the hallway and in the rooms next door. The lady at the reception was ok but not very friendly.

Short taxi ride to airport for a fixed fee of 15 euros. I had a very early flight but hotel booked me my taxi for 4am without problem. It's about a 12 minute walk from Diegem train station and with an upwards slope.

Everything was fine.

I really liked the service provided by the staff, especially Mrs. Isabelli, who was very attentive and answered all my questions. If I ever go back to Brussels I would go back to Thon.

Good location (easy to find and close to the airport). Friendly staff. The rooms are rather small but comfortable. You need to pay for a parking spot in the front of hotel (free of charge parking in the street).

The property has a tennis/squash court which is one of my favorite sports. The lobby also has a foosball and pool table which provided entertainment for my boyfriend and I after hours.

I liked the room and the coffee in it, delicious. What I liked the most was the service in the lobby, the ladies were very polite with me, provided me all the help to move around the area and made my stay more confortable.
