Courtyard By Marriott Brussels

Great family room, very spacious with 2 double beds. Stayed here for one night to attend a concert nearby. Location is not at the center of Brussels so not sure I would stay here to visit the city, but if you need a nice hotel out of the center, this is a very nice place to stay and there is a lot of parking spaces near the hotel.

Hotel was great for our needs. But location is far from center so I would not stay here to visit the city. Also, they offer parking for 25 Euros a day but there is a big parking place just near the hotel and parking is free from 21:00 pm to 9:00 am.

spacious room, sauna, fitness facilities were all well maintained. The rooms were clean and quiet. We enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff was courteous and ensured our comfort. We would recommend the hotel.

The airport pick up info was not clearly specified and despite informing in prior which airport we are landing at, we were given the info over the wrong airport. The staff did not accept their mistake of misunderstanding.

Perfect room accommodation, excellent breakfast, very clean, very friendly staff, easy parking, ...

The room was a tiny bit noisy - not at all w.r.t. other guests, but w.r.t. outside noises from street/trains/planes, but it was not really annoying. The staff only spoke English - not a problem at all for me, but Belgium has 3 national languages, of which English is not one. I would expect a (business) hotel in Brussels to at least be able to serve guests in Dutch or (better "and") French. Bonus points of a staff member can also handle German. :-)

The rooms were spacious enough for myself and my family, plus they were immaculate. There were 5 of us so the adjoining rooms were excellent to accommodate all.

Some of the reception staff were not as friendly as the ones that welcomed me the first day. I had to contact the hotel to remind them that I needed to be picked/collected from the airport, so I had to wait for some time to get the hotel shuttle. But nonetheless the driver was apologetic and quite friendly.

The breafast is simple, but has what you need to start the day. However, everything that is on their menu is very good. I enjoyed all the meals I ordered. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

Even though you have access to public transportation, the location is not the best for people who wants to be in the center of Brussels. If you do not mind the commute, the hotel is a good pick.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Adi, who were very welcoming. The hotel was very clean and room very spacious. Quality of bedding and toiletry were awesome. There was a good spread at the breakfast including omelettes made to order. Trams and Buses were easily available and were very close to the hotel with connections to city centre. Overall, very happy with the hotel and would definitely go back whenever in Brussels.

Nothing that comes to mind

The check-in was super flexible and all the staff was always there and very happy to help. Our room had an amazing view to the Atomium and the hotel was easily reachable via public transport but also via car.

We had the problem that our room was not always cleaned over the day, so that we came back to our used bathroom with the towels on the floor. However, the hotel immediately apologised for the inconvenience and accompensated us for this, which was also super quick and helpful.

The stuff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and modern

The room was near the park even though I was on the 3rd floor but still can here lot's of noise coming from the people who play football and even from the people who are chatting till late night, the location is half an hour by bus or taxi to the centre

The adjoining bedrroms to fit our family of 5 were perfect and the children loved the tv choices available in the room. The staff were friendly and we really appreciated being able to park under the hotel for not very much (given it is so close to Brussels city centre).

Most of the stay was fantastic but it was slightly odd coming into the hotel room late in the evening and one of the baths was full of someone else's water. This was addressed immediately though and the staff were very kind and apologetic abut it!

Great staff! Very friendly and warm people :) Special thanks to Madalina from front desk, she was very helpful and nice. Restaurant staff very nice and friendly - great customer service. The hotel looks great, the location was very good, well connected to the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood.

The bed mattress and the pillows were a bit unconfortable.
