The hotel exudes a contemporary ambiance with captivating colors that are equally captivating both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen boasts an exquisite design, although there is room for improvement when it comes to breakfast offerings.

The hotel had thoughtfully provided Columbus Pizza flyers in the guest rooms, which we appreciated upon our late-night arrival. However, our experience took a disappointing turn when we attempted to order pizza. The individual who answered our call from Columbus Pizza was exceptionally rude, even going so far as to abruptly terminate the conversation when we inquired about the available toppings. Considering this unfavorable encounter, I strongly suggest that the hotel reconsider allowing Columbus Pizza to distribute their flyers in the guest rooms.

I picked this spot for a recent work trip and was happy with my choice. The room was more like a mini apartment with nicely appointed kitchen with full size fridge, office area, big TV, sofa bed, jumbo shower and quite a bit of room.

I would have liked to see some healthier options in the frozen food fridge, the noodles that were available were pretty lame. I came in after 11:30pm and there was no way to order delivery from anywhere else so I went with it because I was super hungry. The breakfast that was available the next day, on the other hand, was great...waffles, omelettes, sausage mcmuffins, cereal, coffee. Definitely made up for it.

We could not fault anything about our stay at this hotel. From start to finish, the staff were professional, friendly and did their utmost to ensure our stay was exceptional. The accommodation was comfortable, modern and clean. The continental breakfast provided a variety of options and was great way to start the day. Lastly, the location was very good as it was close to amenities (i.e. a short drive from Telus World of Science, West Edmonton mall, Fort Edmonton park, etc) and we were able to park our car free of charge.

the Location , very easy to find , the facility is new , Staff very friendly , the rooms are at modern standard , showers and bedding excellent very comfortable , it;s worth the stay and worth the price

breakfast needs little bit of improvement , taking in consideration that it's a new and modern facility , maybe throw in a little bit of bacon will help the taste of the breakfast

We loved the suites, we had 2 on this trip. The staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the fire pit and seating, we spent a lot of time there. The pool and gym were a bonus.

The breakfast was lacking. I couldn’t find things and everything looked like it had been made many hours before. A fruit plate would be nice.

We stayed for 3 nights with my family and Siblings and spent new Year it was fantastic the staff is so friendly and the place is clean. the kids liked the most the pool. the breakfast was awesome. Definitely We will come again in the future

the room was greet we have a good slept, the pool was perfect, location is convenient, the breakfast was good food

The room, the shower, the location, the staff, the parking and the key card activated elevator all were real nice, the decor was nice and the entrance and lobby had that home vibe going.

Queen bed was a little under padded compared to other places we have stayed and a steel roller frame made it a heck of a ride when my wife sat at the foot of the bed ( I giggled a little 😆)

Room was great. Had dishwasher & fridge which was perfect for our needs. Love that there were cutlery & dishes. Would have liked a stove instead of microwave, but we stayed 1 night so not that big of a deal.

We only stayed 1 night so really, would have been nice to have a stove instead of microwave since that's all we used was the kitchenette for 1 night.

we enjoyed our night at home2 suites. Breakfast was exceptional, but I would suggest having the boiled eggs somehow close to fresh, hot…instead of really cold. that’s why people try to heat up…and it explodes. just a suggestion. thank you. we will definitely be returning again. But next time, we will bring some bacon, so that my husband that is gluten intolerant can have it.

room was spacious , had more that more hotel rooms, very comfortable. oh, another suggestion, is there a way to make Netflix available on the tv in our rooms. we have access but there were not smart TVs

It was clean, the breakfast yummy, the beds were comfortable and the staff was responsive to our needs.

Maybe it could use a bit more clear signage at the breakfast buffet and an extra staff member on breakfast duty is clearly needed, I found that the staff were always rushing and doing their best but clearly more staff members are needed to keep that counter running smoothly. There were often no trays, cutlery was not out or they were running low on breakfast items. Also, a few more fruits and savoury items would have been nice.
