Staybridge Suites West Edmonton, an IHG Hotel

I loved that the kitchen in the suite had everything needed, even a dishwasher. The breakfast was beautiful as well as the breakfast area.

1) I heard much noise after 9pm. When I looked through the window, I saw kids are running outside. They were not supervised, they were running from the swimming pool and screaming. I wish stuff would control the situation because I have little kids that have to sleep after 9pm. 2) We chose this hotel primarily thinking about the pool. However, we were disappointed because the water was cold. No wonder no one was at the pool. We couldn't swim. We could choose a cheaper hotel if we knew.

Excellent value. Excellent breakfast, Excellent suite. Excellent staff. I normally just hope for safe, clean and quiet when getting a motel/hotel room. This was all three and so much more. Used their laundry facilities. Would have used their pool, if I wasn't there to help a sick relative while they were in the hospital. Excellent week stay with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, king bed, sofa bed . And at the end, when I needed to leave one day early (to get my surgery-relative back home again), they didn't make me pay for the last night (even though booking com site wouldn't let me change my dates. Bad Booking.com to say my last night was "in the past" when it clearly wasn't).

Booking.com's "modify dates" algorithm. I was checking out at 6am a day early, but Booking.com's modify dates said that this day was "in the past". Clearly not.

The location to everything is great. The staff is super friendly and accomodating. The hotel is very clean and the room we had was very large, spacious, and comforting. The place is quite welcoming.

The bed is too firm, neither of us slept well waking up with sore backs and cricks in our necks. There is a variety of pillows to choose from, but the bed took away from the experience. If you need more than 1 set of towels at check in make sure you request ahead of time. The continental breakfast area is small and hard to find seating, but IHOP is across the street :)

The hotel is conveniently located to both the city and West Edmonton Mall. Reception was friendly and efficient. The suite was large and well equipped. The room and bathroom were very clean. The air conditioner was quiet and effective. Breakfast was satisfactory but the dining room was too small. We took our breakfast back to our room. Excellent Indian restaurant located next door.

The towels in the bathroom were terrible, like drying yourself with sandpaper.

Loved the buffet breakfast (big selection of food) & the social nights (more food!). Our room had a kitchen & was stocked well with what we needed to cook our food. The pool was warm & the kids enjoyed it. Overall a great stay.

Some of the furniture is starting to show wear & tear & for cosmetics should be updated/changed. No one wants to see old looking furniture.

Breakfast is excellent. Our room was clean and spotless. We feel home everytime we checked in here. We keep on coming back twice or 3x a month

Our room was on 2nd floor. Very noisy above our room (3rd floor) they keep on running , moving chairs in the middle of the night. I called front desk and it stopped after 10 mins .

for February I found the building a little too warm. room thermostat was turned to 20 but was always at 24 for a temperature. finally had to turn the AC on to cool down. was an uncomfortable sleep at that temperature. outside parking lot had way too much ice, with large pot holes in the ice, very dangerous to walk on or drive on with a smaller car.

It is a very convenient location for shopping and fine dining being within minutes of the West Edmonton Mall, 124th Street and Mayfield Common. The staff are always pleasant and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The Watkins toiletries are good quality and smell very nice. The free breakfast wasn't bad. We definitely will come back in the future.

Unfortunately our room was facing a construction yard and there were heavy truck noises late at night and very early morning but we still managed to get some sleep. The sofa is not very comfortable to sit on for any length of time.

We were a large party congregating in Edmonton for a family event. The room options available at this hotel (including accessible rooms) accommodated our every need. The facilities (pool, laundry, great room, hospitality room) were perfect. Many thanks to Mark and the friendly and helpful staff for making this an exceptional stay. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

this hotel was amizing staff was Frendly and hotel was very clean, breakfeat was always good lots to chose from. hotel was in a great location just minutes away from every thing we needed.

only thing we didnt like was they were testing fire bell when we where here took them three house to finish was very Anoying and ened up with a head ache, i know it had to be done but maybe they should have more then two people doing it next time.
