their advertisement on discounts to the water park are false. there is no discounts

loved the breakfast, quietness, friendly staff, clean rooms..thanks for the coffee as well as the nice view of the mall. Proximity to it We loved it and will definitely be back as the price is very attractive.. and the free parking is a plus thanks a bunch

I really wished there was a hot tub, but the bathtub did us all good still. The comfort of staying there and getting an excellent sleep makes it even more desirable to come back. I was looking forward to buffet breakfast and got a nice surprise in a box..Still pretty good

I liked the location as it was across the street from West Edmonton Mall. Easy to walk to the mall.

Restaurant was under renovation, therefore closed. Offered boxed breakfast which wasn't convenient for my diabetic spouse, muffin, granola bar, apple, orange juice and yogurt. Only microwave was in front lobby, it was old. I would prefer microwave in room. Also would have liked a kettle to boil water.

The facility was close to the mall and reasonably priced.

Their was evidence of dog food in the room that was not cleaned up. Facial tissue was nearly empty when we arrived and no extra in the room. Toilet tissue would have also ran out the next day if we were to stay another night without any more in the room. There are only 2 plug ins for vehicles on the East side of the building far from the curb. The night was very cold and we were concerned that our vehicle would not start.

i stayed here for a day in the second week of october along with my family. Room was clean and comfortable, It's right opposite to the mall which is easy to access. what we liked most is there is a lady at the reception who is basically from pakistan as she told us during our conversation but unfortunately i don't remember her name to mention here. she is very welcoming and friendly person and gave us the breakfast parcels for three of us as per our package when we were vacating though we didn't ask her which has been made us glad. We wish her and the rest of the hotel staff all the very best.

location was absolutely amazing for exploring the mall and all it had to offer. We literally just crossed the road and we were at the "burbon st" entrance with all of the bars and restaurants. We could also just pop back to the room quickly to drop of all of our mall purchases before doing more shopping or taking part in one of the many activities at the mall.

This hotel was not super "fancy" but it was super clean, comfortable and the staff were excellent.

It was clean and comfortable. Good location, close to West Edmonton Mall and close to transit. You can request a boxed breakfast that includes a yogurt, muffin, juice, coffee, fruit and granola bar. I loved the breakfast, as it saved us time and money. For the price it was perfect for us.

Was a little dated. Towels were thin and rough. Could get noisy a bit in the evening, but that is not the hotels fault, that was inconsiderate guests letting their kids run everywhere.

No issues at all. Staff were awesome and very helpful. Discounts for Waterpark and galaxy land were sweet. Will definitely book there next trip.

the continental breakfast was not a good deal no face clothes in the room had to chase down housekeeping a few times for items not in room hair dryer didn't work paid for 2 nights so no room cleaning in between which meant no restocking of shampoo, soap, coffee etc.

The young lady with the great smile, I'm soo sorry I didn't take your name, at the front desk that checked in my son and I. She had a cool color in her hair and glasses and was there in the morning. Your service was exceptional. Helpful, knowledgeable. Exactly what customer service is about. I thought the hotel was fantastic. Clean, spacious, quiet, convenient. Loved that coffee and water were available. I appreciated that not only was it so close to the mall, but the entrance that is the closest to the hotel is where all of the best activities are located too.

No shuttle service to and from airport or mall. I had a lot of bags to carry to and from the mall.
