Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Edmonton

We always stay at Days Inn, Revelstoke, Chilliwack and in California, but this is one of the best. Value of money is fair. The ambiance and music is relaxing in the restaurant. Staffs are great. Room is clean and bathroom amenities are a bonus (Dove, finally not a cheap brand, and generous). Pool is fair size but clean.

The breakfast choices is the best (except that we cannot bring in the room). I hate to wake my son up that the breakfast finishes early at 9:30. My son wishes by the way for a bacon but at least sausage was a protein source.

The free breakfast is a huge bonus! Always happy with it when we stay there. It's nice that there's a pub right in the hotel for convenience. Quick and easy access to the pool. Nice staff!

The pool is always too cold each time we stay! Housekeeping took longer than expected to deliver a couple of items such as coffee and a towel. No towels at the pool. A piece of the fridge was ducktaped and the carpet is coming away from the edges leaving sharp pokies which really hurt our feet.

Rooms are spacious Great location Friendly staff Clean rooms but forgot to check the body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers (empty) upon request they provided it rightaway, carpet needs steaming.

Mentioned above. Can't watched movie for free need to rent it.

Friendly staff, spacious, good location 5 mins drive to WEM. I wasn't expecting a free breakfast but they gave us anyways so that was nice of them. Overall experience was really top notch.

We stayed for a few nights and I can't complain about anything about the place. For me it was a decent place to stay. Oh I didn't like how I didn't get a chance to try the pool 😕

Well situated on a main road with easy access to Downtown. Reception staff were helpful , and restaurant staff were accommodating to us as we were staying for a week, and kindly gave us a variation to the standard breakfast when we asked.

Elevators could do with a little updating

Location was very convenient and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the pool until the government regulations changed and they had to shut it down. The room was clean and had what our family of 6 needed to enjoy ourselves for a few days.

The floors of the elevators always seemed dirty, however it is early spring outside so quite wet and dirty outside and I think that was just tracking inside. Everything else was clean.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Had a fridge, coffee pot and a microwave which we appreciated and used.

Great location near West Edmonton Mall. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the breakfast attendant was friendly. The front desk attendant was very helpful when there was confusion with my reservation. Comfortable beds. Restful.

The pool is nice and big, but very chilly.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was good and served by friendly staff.

The hot tub was very dirty (yuk) and the pool needs major upgrade.
