River Cree Resort & Casino

Very clean, tidy, neat! No stray hairs anywhere, just a really nice clean room. Did notice that when the both of us were using wifi, the signal went in and out a few times, but otherwise 9 1/2 stars out of 10. Also very quiet, lots of great food in restaurants. The Buffett on Friday thru Sundays at the kitchen were great. So many items on menu! Had a great four day escape from real life. Staff is amazing. Couldn’t ask for better. At tentative, kind, courteous, polite, and definitely hard working. Thanks to all of you.

Either I’m shrinking or the beds are growing up! Had to run up to bed and jump. Seriously the only thing I didn’t like was the blinking from overhead, guess it was a low battery call or something. Drove me nuts. Blinked on and off all night. Went and bought a sleep mask on the second day. It helped somewhat! Honestly, we always spend money on the better hotels, I don’t ever think I’ve found any that were as clean as River Cree. Phenomenal!

The Hotel and Casino are very nice and easy to venture around. Food in the restraunt was very good. Our room was easy access up on the 2nd floor and the bed was comfy and room was clean. Thank you!

When we checked in, I asked what rate i could get for the evening. The desk clerk gave me a price of $200 plus tax per night, so I said i would just quickly book it on my phone through booking.com as that's usually what i do. So I booked it at $179 plus tax which was cheaper. Then after the fact, the desk clerk said...Well I could of booked you the room for $89 plus tax if you sign up for the casino players card. Well I totally would have if he said that to begin with. So the Clerk should be letting people know that prior to booking the room. Ended up being a very expensive night as we dropped another $4000 in the casino! should'nt be that way. Not much fun!

Room was near elevators as requested. Thanks. Room service for meals was offered again. Awesome!! Staff helpful and friendly.

I wish the heating/air conditioning vent was not so LOUD and would point some where other than straight onto beds. Even if I turn it up or down as needed at controls , when it is blowing it actual makes my hair move. there should be someway to make vent blow in a different direction . I usually just end up turning off controls so i get neither air conditioning or heat when i go to sleep.

suppers, lunches, breakfasts, good slots, atomsphere were all great !

the vent in room was exceptionally "breezy & noisy" it blew right on bed and didn't matter what I did it felt like my hair was being blown while trying to sleep. I solved that by turning thermostat up to high while out room and turning it off while in room. I have never had this happen here before. not sure maybe you changed systems or something. Should have the availability to change direction the vent is blowing but it at top wall near ceiling.

Loved the casino, esp Embers! What a wonderful smoking area with amazing ventilation so my non smoking family was happy to hang out with me there! Great place to stay & lovely staff. Was my son & I birthday weekend. We loved it and called it little Vegas! He had never been to a casino & is 31. Sadly he lost but I broke even lol

Wanted to check in an hour early and was not impressed that a $20 fee was required for that. Our stuff had to bake in the hot car during that time. Had called ahead to ask if early checkin was allowed but no answer. Courtesy would have been to allow.

We went there while towing an RV and had to park in the back of the building in a dimly lit (gravelled) area when there was a very large (well lit) space in front that could have easily accommodated our vehicle and Rv. Definitely don’t recommend stopping at this hotel while pulling an Rv.

The room was exceptional, the bed was so comfy, I would like to know where you purchased the mattress. The breakfast was very good and a very low price. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful.

the only thing was the lighting in the bathroom, it was very difficult to put makeup on.

There was no breakfast, contential, that I seen or tasted and for the price we paid for supper I'm thinking you's should consider having a contential breakfast along with spending money in casino that would make your hotel a 5 star stay.

Rooms clean and comfortable.

Felt unsafe the minute I stepped outside the casino/hotel. People asking for money, cigarettes and use of my cell phone. Their rewards program is extremely confusing - 2 card system and staff don’t give a full acct of what benefits come with each card.

the staff was awesome, very friendly and accommodating

the rooms were quite expensive. when your spending money at the venue, casino, and the restaurants, the rooms shouldn’t need to be so high.
