Best Western Plus The Inn at St Albert

We loved everything. The desk staff were efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. Room was lovely and big, we LOVED the walk-in shower, beds very comfortable, good wi-fi, and the free breakfast was awesome. We were there for a funeral so several of our family were there also and we all loved the place.

Absolutely nothing. We couldn’t find anything that would have made it better.

The breakfast included was good - lots of variety and kept replenished. The beds were comfortable - on the firm side but with the perfect amount of give. The exercise room was good - small but everything you needed AND open 24 hours (I didn't test that but apparently it was). I can't comment on the pool.

I would like fresh cold water available at breakfast - I don't drink juice or coffee.

The front desk staff went out of their way when I arrived late and tired. The kitchen was closed, yet she got a cup of coffee and a banana for me and said that if I needed anything else, to just let her know.

due to covid, the breakfast area was a grab and go. However, the lady serving me was kind and friendly. I asked for a large cup of coffee with lots of cream. She gave me a handful with no judgement on her face.

Breakfast was sufficient, room clean and comfortable. Location very central.

I told the matainence man the sink was plugged. He used some liquid plumber, from experience I knew this wouldn't work. He could have checked back later or called. It definately need the trap cleaned out.

Location, friendly staff, breakfast, cleanliness. The pool looked inviting but I didn't have enough time to try it out. Next time. I liked that the fitness room was open 24/7 but again I didn't have enough time to take advantage of it.

The late pool hours was awesome, especially coming in late from out of town. And the breakfast was great.

The price for a one night stay was $195! Which I think is crazy for a standard two double bed room. Hotel prices need to go down.

the amenities were excellent, including the breakfast which included several hot items which were different every day.

The only downside of our room was the fan in the back didn’t work properly; I let them know at the desk…she made a note and hopefully it is corrected.

Bed was comfortable. Separate bedroom was great.

Wanted a late check out but we were told that it would cost a full night's stay because housekeeping was gone so they wouldn't be able to rent it out for the night. It was a Monday night.... not a lot of call for it. Was very disappointed with that response.

It was a great experience. I used to travel for work and stayed at BW across BC and SK. I have always appreciated BW. This location, however, is now my favourite. Clean, friendly and just generally great.

I have no complaints.

The pre-check in process was awesome. As soon as we arrived I just showed my credit card and id, then we we’re good to go. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean and everything was working. The breakfast was really good. It was fresh, hot and lots of varieties to choose from.
