The location, the design of the room.

the cleaning was not thorough. Towels of the previous customers were left in the bathroom. I wish there was more human interaction with the staff (other than the cleaning ladies). It felt a bit impersonal.

clean, comfortable bed, excellent location, luggage storage, easy check in, prompt customer service through the app, close to main attractions- either a short walk or a quick ride on the metro., well stocked kitchen and bathroom essentials.

A suggestion would be to have a common washroom available in the lobby. Guests can check out at 11, store luggage in the storage room and continue to enjoy the city till their flight/ train. But once they have checked out of the room, there is no washroom access in the building.

Excellent location in walking distance to Mont Royal Metro station which gives easy access to Downtown Montreal and all other Metro lines. Well equipped self contained apartment.

We stayed for 10 nights and were only provided with 2 towels. There is no daily service which was fine and we could wash our own towels but it would have been nice to have some extra towels on hand. Also it would have been good to have printed instructions for some of the appliances and TV. Visitors from other countries may not be familiar with how different models work. These things were very minor issues and would not stop me from staying there again.

Spotlessly clean, fabulous location in a vibrant Plateau neighborhood- tons of shops & restaurants, and highly pedestrianized! The place had all the amenities you could need, including a washer/dryer right in the unit. So well equipped, and the unit I rented (small studio on the 3rd floor) faced a small park and was away from busy Ave. Mont Royal.. street noise not an issue. Nice that they put out water and a few snacks downstairs in the lobby (there is generally no staff there, but on Fri AM there was someone at the desk for a few hrs). The code they give you opens the front door and your room. There is also a luggage strorage room off the lobby that uses the same code and was handy. At checkout, I put everything in there while I went a few blocks away to get the car. There is also an elevator, but there were a few steps to get up to the lobby-- no more than 5.

Nothing, really, but just a note about parking... it's non-existent in the area. You are best off parking on Drolet just to drop your bags, and parking yoour car for the duration somewhere close to a Metro station, then taking the Metro back to Sonder. The Metro station is literally 2 blocks away, and Montreal's Metro system is fast, clean, and reliable. Do your homework on the parking ahead ofo time, is my advice.

Location was wonderful, right in the heart of Mile End and across from Kouign Amann for the best butter cake ever! Short walk to Mont Royal metro station. Full size kitchen was great. Especially appreciated the standard drip coffee maker rather than a Keurig type. Washer & dryer in unit came in handy. Great view of Mount Royal from my 4th floor room. I could comfortably stay in this studio unit for a week or two.

Could use another towel bar in bathroom and a hook or two. No place to hang a robe in the bathroom. Could also use some type of dresser or more drawer space. One tiny drawer in a nightstand and 2 small drawers in the TV stand, neither of which are really meant for clothing, is not enough.

the little apartment style room was very clean, comfortable and beautiful, I loved the selection options on the tv for viewing entertainment and the little record player since I love records. I love being able to bring my own food and cook it inside. the location was also great since there were so many stores and restaurants all within walking distance to choose from.

I personally don’t like how everything is white, towels, bedding, etc it makes me worry about accidentally staining anything with well..anything. but I do believe it’s to make it easier for staff to properly clean and disinfect whites, it’s just a personal preference, would love to see a place with a bit of colour. otherwise everything was great.

This was a perfect spot for us. We had a comfortable bedroom, separate living room. Great TV and sofa. We were working remotely so needed separate rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher. Extra pillows and general blankets would have been good but not essential. Downstairs there is a working space (tables, chairs) and an area to leave luggage if checking out early (room with door code). This neighbourhood is so fun and we definitely enjoyed the restaurants, bars and walking around. In terms of the apartment, the Sonder Penny Lane is nicer but we preferred this neighbourhood.

Some of the walls were scratched and it was much smaller than the Penny Lane Sonder location. however the neighbourhood is so great so will definitely stay here again.

Location was great as it was close to the Metro, perfect base for family to be able to easily reach the Formula 1 Grand Prix race while avoiding the chaos of downtown, near good restaurants, interesting neighborhood. Lots of space, and a well-equipped kitchen. Easy to reach customer service, and issues resolved quickly.

Parking was very difficult to obtain in the neighbourhood. Sonder only suggested using a parking locator app, which didn't have any places where one could leave the car overnight. Although this was a 3 bedroom condo, only two sets of towels were initially provided. And request for early check-in, which appeared to have been granted by the message we received from Sonder, did not happen as the door code to the room did not work at the early check in time.

Excellent room with a full-size kitchen and sofa and there is also a washing machine and dryer. Everything was very clean and complementary tea and coffee were provided. You could hear some noise from the street (and a screaming baby above) but this didn't go on late.

No-one is on hand to help if things go wrong. I wasn't keen on the complementary toiletries in the shower as they were in large containers and there was still some residue where they had been used by previous visitors.

We loved the location. Right around the Corner are Cafes, Restaurants and Bars, but its still quiet. Also the Subway is around the Corner. Room was comfy with everything you would need, including a washing machine and a dry washer. Kitchen is well equipped. Good TV with Netflix.

There was never anyone to be seen at the Counter where someone should have been, at least the sign did say so.
