We took two rooms and one did not have a window leading to the outside - only a window onto the passageway. For me, that is just unacceptable. Also the TV did not work. I complained, they said they were full and could not give me another room. They came three times to "fix" the TV, to no avail. I let them know that I was very unhappy, whereupon they announced they had a last minute cancellation, and finally they gave me another room. After that, I got a lot happier but I don't think I should have had to fight. The pool area is very nice, the rooms are clean, beds are great. Location is good.

The whole hotel is very beige, the architecture is lovely and old, but the interior decor could be at an anonymous hotel in Miami. I would suggest a little bit of colour and some local art and craft. Also, the hotel staff are very helpful, but they speak very very little English. As described above, my first room was a disgrace. I don't think they should be offering a room with no window to anyone. There are no comfortable chairs in the lobby/reception, only a bench and a few tables with dining chairs. There should be a comfortable sitting area by the reception.

The breakfast was great; fresh fruit, juices, cereal and coffee; also eggs or pancakes cooked to order; staff was very helpful and pleasant. They knew your name and catered to you. The bar by the pool was simple but they prepared exceptional house drinks for a great price.

Liked everything; it is a small place so there is no restaurant per se at the facility but there are plenty of places within walking distance. Highly recommended and exceptional value for a boutique hotel in a city where high quality hotels tend to be quite pricey.

We enjoyed our stay, bed was comfortable, rooms were good size. Location was central to many great restaurants. The staff was helpful with dinner reservation and any question we had regarding the area.

We had to leave one night early. They agreed to refund the 4th night but they refused to refund to credit card and wanted our bank information. We finally agreed to give them this information and have yet to see any refund to our account. Breakfast was mediocre, fruit didn't seem fresh. Rooftop pool is not staffed with bartender, they could do so much more. There are noisy birds banging around on the roof that woke us every morning.

The location is excellent. Really cengtral to all great things to all four corners while offering a quite a secure place to rest. The breakfast offered a great variety of fruits, combined with granola, natural juices, yougurt and more. Service was excellent. Always a great smile on their faces. Great service from Luz at the front desk, as well as Brandon and Tania at the breakfast area. super recommended...although the area is pricey.

That it doesn’t have a restaurant all day, i wish they serve different breakfast everyday, wish that they had someone aside from the receptionist going around if they hear any noise. The last two nights a group of guest where being really loud from 1-5 in the morning , playing music, screaming making it imposible for the other guest to sleep

Staff was amazing and with amazing service. If you need help looking for activities or options to go to one of the regulary promoted islands they'll give you options and you can discuss with them the pros and cons. They'll also help you booking a Taxi in case you need one.

Food could be better. Breakfast was overall good but could improve. Breakfast is a solid 8.. there's opportunity to improve it to a 9.

Booked this place very last minute due to a change in my itinerary. I only did a one night stay but definitely would add this place to my list. The receptionist in the front (Rafael) was hospitable and accommodating. The room I stayed was on the first floor. The bed was comfy and the room is a good size. In the room, keep in mind that the sunlight comes from bathroom so the room is mostly lighted with lamps/room lights. Breakfast was lovely with great options (toast, omelet made by request, fruits, cereal, etc). Staff was great overall! Location of the place is ideal - right in the center.

Incredible hotel with large, comfortable rooms (ours had a balcony overlooking the lush, green courtyard!). The rooftop bar and pool area was amazing and had the feel of being a part of all of the hustle and bustle but removed enough to have your own privacy and safety. The reception was incredibly attentive in helping with all of our needs and arranging safe transportation. Thank you for an awesome stay and welcome to Colombia!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is unmatched, the house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and super comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. But above all, the service that was provided by everyone that works in the hotel was incredible. I would like to personally highlight RAPHA, who made our stay as memorable as possible. Rapha went above and beyond to help us in anyway possible, to plan every trip and dinner in our stay, and to help us solve any inconvenient we had. He is a big reason of why our stay at this hotel was wonderful. In general, I don't think there is a boutique hotel in the city that offers this level of quality and service, at such a good price. I would recommend 100% and go back every time.

The pool area in the rooftop is beautiful, but I would suggest they start a bar service in the roof. It would make this area more welcoming and fun for the guests.

Style and service were great. Breakfast was very good.

The pool bar, the only bar, closes at 3 and does not serve food. You have to go out for all food after breakfast and drinks after 3. Also the room minibar was stocked with only beer. The building has central AC, rare, in the region. It turns off when you remove the key card. So the room is not cool when you return and it takes a while to cool down. Unlike the standard minisplit units.
