Nacar Hotel Cartagena, Curio Collection by Hilton

Excellent location, in the historic centre, walking distance to the main touristic points. Hotel is new, well decorated and very well located. Room size is quite good (2 couple beds). Good and quite air conditioning. Excellent shower. Confortable beds with different pillow sizes. Several usage kits (e.g. shaving, tooth paste, seizure, etc). Offers iron and hair dryer. Rooftop with swimming pool (a little small but ok), and a good bar with cocktails and DJ music in the afternoon/night (a little too expensive though). Breakfast is very good and you can order some otther things if you like. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

The music from the rooftop bar can be heard from the room (although it is not too loud and it does not go to long through the night).

Rooms are great, restaurant and rooftop are great, cleaning is impecable, breakfast is truly good, location is perfect, but service is something apart: certainly difficult to find something similar nowadays. Oscar, Andrés, Fredy, Rafael, Jania, Geneidis, Luis Miguel, Brandon, and the rest of the people that work there certainly take care of every aspect and manage to turn every detail into a great experience for us. Me and my wife use to getaway to Cartagena 4 to 5 times in the year, and after exploring many good options, we decided not to try a different hotel. This is OUR hotel in Cartagena.

Absolutely everything, after we could not extend our stay in the number one hotel in Cartagena and in the middle of the night I was able to book this one for just one night and we were absolutely overwhelmed by the friendly attitude of the staff, by the size and design of the room, the comfort, the location, the casual but correct atmosphere. Absolutely everything was right and we cannot wait to return for a longer stay and Not just ones

The only thing I didn’t like is that we were not able to stay for 10 days because that’s what the place deserves.

The Pool is amazing! That plus air conditioning is a MUST in Cartagena's heat! The staff is fantastic and was very helpful in storing our bags and helping us with transportation. Rooms and washrooms are lovely (even took photos of the shower as inspiration for home renovations!!)

On the price tag it's a bit expensive, but it's a very high-quality hotel with great amenities.

The entire hotel felt like a spa! We absolutely LOVED our room, it was so large, relaxing designs/colors and comfortable. The photos did not do it justice! Also, our staff was so kind and attentive. Just everything about this hotel was perfect. I know there are a lot of hotels in Cartagena to pick from but this one was incredible and when we return to Cartagena we will be back to Nacar!

Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about this property. The staff was AMAZING. The rooms were large and very clean which I loved. The pool area was everything I wanted and more. The breakfast was amazing as well. Overall this property was perfect and definitely in the perfect location!! I will be returning.

breakfast buffet behind what you might expect for the price. Fresh food (colombian small things and eggs) can be ordered and are excellent.

I loved the location and staff. the first room we had was a complimentary upgrade which spoiled me a bit for the second room. the upgraded room has the MOST comfortable bed and pillows. loved the rooftop pool and bar as well

wasn’t thrilled about the food/drinks. it all looked pretty, but the quality wasn’t great.

Staff at Nacar is excellent and very helpful. Especially: Nelly in the housekeeping staff.

There was a mix-up with my dry cleaning, where the external dry cleaning service mixed up my clothing with those of another guest, However, the hotel staff fixed the situation.

I loved everything about it. The room, the pool, the roof top restaurant was great, and the staff.

The hallways sometimes would get humid , but nothing that really bothered us.
