The hotel day staff was very accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Location was close to shopping area

The night staff (femle) needs to learn to be polite to guests. I PAID to be there. Did not appreciate her making me or my friend feel uncomfortable as she did! The beds are very firm

I stayed here for only one night, but it was a great experience. Obviously the hotel has an old charme, but it is kept in working condition and the mattress in my room was new, so it was super comfortable to sleep. Additionally the hotel stuff is really friendly and helpful, they sell drinks on the reception for cheap prices and the WiFi works great, as well as the air condition. Beside that in a very central place, with an affordable laundry beside to it. Breakfast was for 12.000COP the best I yet had in Colombia. Different fruits, toast, ham, eggs, sausages, cereals, coffee, chocolate.... For the price of 130.000COP including breakfast, it is a no-brainer for me, just do it!

Little bit noisy from the street.

Location is very convenient for wandering around El Centro. Breakfast is fine, but if it's not included for free you may want to go out for more healthy options. We left our luggage while we stayed on Isla Grande for a few days, and the staff was always very helpful.

Breakfast could use more fruit and variety. The lifts are quite old and they are very small. They move slowly and often stop at random floors so if you don't want to use the stairs you must be patient.

Fabulous breakfast of eggs, protein, bread and fruit, juice and coffee, changed slightly every day. Fabulous Location is one block to walled city on one side and Getsemani on the other side, as a result you get exceptional views regardless of the room you get.

Rooms are run down. Bed was hard. Pillow was comfy tho.

The staff were very helpful during check-in, and patient with our limited Spanish. The room had very large windows that looked out into the city and the ocean which was a huge plus. The AC kept the room nice and cool on a hot humid day, and they also had a mini-fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold.

The breakfast was just okay (but at least it was included!) Nice area to sit in, but the food quality was just alright. It was buffet style and they seemed understaffed, so we weren't able to get some of the items served to us.

The hotel is very well located . It just few minutes from the tourist area . Nice restaurants nearby . The bedroom has a great view of all the city . Nice bright and with fridge. The staff is welcoming friendly and willing to help you for information about the city

It’s located in a great area, close to everything you need such as: restaurantes, stores, Torre Del Reloj, and much more. The elevator needs repairing and there was a leak from the window when it rained, but they cleaned it within two hours. I would stay here again.

There's no telephone in the room and the entry door was a little deteriorated. In some cases, staff members only accept cash as payment although you can pay with credit card.

I liked everything about this property room 801 had great views great air conditioning great shower it was like a fire hydrant shower super strong pressure it felt amazing I almost forgot to mention the great price and the beautiful Colombiana at the front desk who greeted me with a big spectacular smile she’s a super star. thank you

loved everything I wish I found this hotel a month ago

The location is really great, and the staff were all very nice. The breakfast was simple but totally fine for what I needed. Great value.

The hotel is dated but it is obvious from the photos. Can be quite noisy due to single pane glass. No hot water, which is normal for Cartagena outside of top hotels.
