ASTON Kuta Hotel and Residence

This was our first stay in Bali and the Aston Kuta Hotel couldn't have done more for us making us feel very welcome. Bali had suffered greatly during Covid and in general was working hard to bring the tourists back and to welcome them. The hotel should be very proud of the hard work of their staff. From the reception area through to the restaurant and room servicing. The breakfast each day was just magical catering for all taste buds including mine which over many years has been very limited. Kristin would welcome us every morning with that genuine I'm glad to see you smile along with Widia who also enlarged the welcome. Erick the head chef went table to table ensuring all guests were looked after and seeing what he could do to make your stay a great one in every aspect of the food provided. Nothing was too much trouble to him and he should be commended for his dedication to his work and for often going one step beyond the norm. Arsa the restaurant manager always kept a close eye on the overall operation ensuring it was well run at all times. The hotel manager who looked after us for our accommodation should also be mentioned and thank you for making our stay there as best possible. We will return and would recommend this hotel to other would be travelers to Bali. Ken and Deborah

good location . about 5 min walk to the beach . across the road was the massage place . 10 Min to the airport & 5 min walk to Catholic Church.The breakfast spread suitable for vegetarian as well .However all the 4 days we stayed, the breakfast was the same every day . just one or two dishes different . We stayed in the family room , the bed were good but the bathroom needed a little uplift. The toilet bowl’s flushing system was leaking water . There is a balcony at our unit facing the pool,but it was locked up without being able to unlock. However the staffs are wonderful. polite & helpful .

The staff was amazing! Easy check-in and check-out. Restaurant crew was respectful and made sure we get what we need. We set our room in do not disturb light and the housekeeping’s gesture to slip notes to remind us that we can call them anytime we need help to clean the room is really appreciated. Great location too!

We eat in the same table for the whole stay and spilled some chocolate on the table mat, it wasn’t cleaned until our last day. I suggest to have more vegetarian options in the restaurant.

good location to go around Kuta and close to airport, surprisingly you never hear the noice of the airplane. you can walk to the beach to catch the sunset. fair breakfast, complete with fruits, traditional snack, good coffee as well 😊

the elevator need to be fixed, sometimes the door not closing eventhough we press the intended floor, this is making worry how if the elevator stop in the middle. kid's club not open yet, while this is one of my reason to choose this hotel because I'm travelling with my kids.

Excellent staff members, extremely polite and service oriented. Some.of the team members that we would like to recognize, from the front desk Darma, Cozy, Dian & Mira. There are other staff who were equally. Sujana & his colleague from housekeeping were always pleasant and kept our rooms spotless.. all of the restaurant staff members and also the Chefs at the live egg station were warm & friendly, Widia & the other hostess from restaurant were also extremely efficient. Thanks to your entire team for making our vacation memorable.

There was a.minor confisuion regarding our Son's breakfast charges, however Darma & Cozy sorted it out very quickly and to our satisfaction.

Booked the premium suite and our stay was quite comfortable! They provided bathrobs, slippers and there are 2 TVs (at the sofa and the bed) for convenience. Love the lighting in the rooms and the bathroom! The rooms are quiet and beds are comfortable! Buffet breakfast is the highlight and has the most variety of food! They have local, western, Indian food and also the dessert sections. They also have this service of making omelette, fried egg all kind of eggs on the spot. That was really nice to have!

The plug-in mosquito repellent was not working and the room has quite a few mosquitoes since its near to the pool. May be it can be replaced more frequently. The fruits could be more fresher.

the price was very reasonable, we had missed our connecting flight , my daughter was already in Bali and they were very kind to let her check in for us. We were a day late , accommodations were very good , staff extremely friendly and the breakfast was excellent very many options , fresh and delicious. Beds clean and comfortable. Pool was delightful after coming off our 4 connecting flights totalling 37 hours it was so refreshing. I did however found the alcoholic drinks at the swim up bar extremely expensive. We did end up walking across the street to variety to but two cheap beers. But all in all great accommodations. Thankyou

The hefty price of drinks even a bottled water was very over priced. A lot of the stone work definitely needs more attention given to it as parts are sharp and scaley.

Room was very large and spacious, love it so much. Pool was nice, although it may be best to have it opened a bit late than just by 6pm,

One of the staffs who prepared for the eggs was overwhelmed with the order from many hotel guests and he was at some stage answered rudely to hotel guests. I suggested to have scrumbled eggs ready at the buffet and only the omlet at the eggs station.

Everything especially Swimming pool and restaurant. Recommend for families and those like calm environment.

Great and tasty buffet breakfast with local, Asian or Western dishes. It's in a good location near the airport & Kuta, and a beach is within walking distance. It's easy to get to the north and south of Bali by evading the crowded traffic around the centre Kuta, Legian, or Seminyang. The room is clean, the housekeeping staff even positioned our personal stuff in order.

the WiFi is slow with occasionally dropped lines. And you must shower by standing in the bathtub and the shower head is fixed.
